Jussie Smollett goes to rehab after 'extremely difficult past few years' as he appeals his conviction for hoax kidnapping in Chicago “ Actor Jussie Smollett is headed to rehab after what his reps are calling an 'extremely difficult past few years' as the performer still attempts to appeal his conviction in Chicago. The Empire star filed an appeal of the December 2021 conviction for staging an anti-gay, racist attack on himself and then lying to Chicago police about it. Smollett is in an outpatient facility at an unknown location, according to TMZ. 'Jussie has had an extremely difficult past few years. He has quietly been working very hard for some time now and we are proud of him for taking these necessary steps.' a spokesperson for the actor said in a statement. It's not known what exactly Smollett is headed to rehab for but testimony during the trial hinted at heavy drug use.” More at linky.

All the difficulties this fraud has encountered have been of his making alone, and this most recent move is, it seems to me, an indication of the anxiety he feels because he realizes he is at the end of his appeals and will in all likelihood end up finishing the 143 or so days of his jail sentence. You should have just been a man, Jussie, and by now, it would be nothing but an unpleasant memory, but in all the time you've made yourself conspicuous in the public spotlight, I've never seen a single thing from you that I would consider even remotely brave or manly. That's par for the course for a simpering little pussy like you. I'll wager you're a catcher and nothing butt err but.

Sounds like a plea to lessen his sentence. He NEEDS to go to prison for a while, become the "big star" he always wanted to be! Because that little bitch will be the biggest hit on the cell block! ______________________________________________________________________ "When its time to shoot, shoot. I would be surprised if it works. I think he's going back to jail for 143 days. And yeah, he can get his prison tats and write his memoir about how The Man has been after him all his life.

Oh, I hope the MEN are going to be after him if he goes back to the Joint. I too hope he goes back. But this being Cook Co, and Sparklefarts and that thing he's married to being from here... I'm not getting my hopes too high. They're dragging this shit out, delaying things as long as they can, hoping it's going to go away. Maybe toss the hearing in on some other "Big News" day, wishing that something else will be a big enough distraction. If there's any blow-back, so be it. It's not like the Whites are going to riot and loot. What does Kim foxx have to lose? She's not running for reelection. Being a fellow brown shirt in the Democratic Party, they'll take care of her down the line. Maybe even teaching next to lightfoot at Harvard. ______________________________________________________________________ "When its time to shoot, shoot. If you listened to her remarks a few months back, she's bitter that the Smollett case will be her legacy, specifically, that she used her position to let him off the hook initially. Tell me- how do you think she feels how it would impact her already damaged reputation for Smollett to skate once again?

Cook County: Preckwinkle- Cook Co board president Evans- Cook Co chief judge Foxx- Cook County states attorney All democrats, black, part of the "social justice" and "justice reform" crowd. A lot of Soros money in their fundraising events. Lil Georgie Soros was personally at Foxx's event. There's an article still out there stating that they all believe that there are "too many black and brown in jail." Foxx hasn't really done anything to actually put bad people in prison. She has repeatedly dropped the ball in actually looking out for the REAL victims of crimes. (Not the self claiming ones) Changed the thresholds for things like "shoplifting" so it was damn near impossible to ever get felony charges approved. Lord help the poor States Attorneys that did actually try and do their jobs... There's more than a few former ASA's that were in key positions and left after a scathing and truthful letter about what's going on in the Cook Co ASA's Office. All fingers pointing to Foxx's ineptitude and her being a "social justice warrior". IF Foxx is worried that the juice fruit case is going to be her legacy, she's more delusional than I thought! She picked up the phone that night (allegedly it was Valirie Jarret, of the obama administration), and did what she was asked to do, instead of upholding her oath. I don't think Foxx gives a damn. I think that Foxx believes Juicy is a victim! I seriously do! I don't want to sound like my tinfoil hat is too tight, but damn... Yes, this place is really THAT fucked up! ______________________________________________________________________ "When its time to shoot, shoot. Award the penalty for intentionally striking a pedestrian with a car in the State of Ohio to both dumb and dumber. If a hate crime bonus applies to the sentence, add it. === I would like to apologize to anyone I have *not* offended. Please be patient. I will get to you shortly.

Court denies Jussie Smollett’s request to toss conviction The Appellate Court of Illinois has denied Jussie Smollett’s request to toss his conviction on disorderly conduct counts. In 2021, Smollett was found guilty of five felony counts of disorderly conduct. The former ‘Empire’ actor was accused of paying two brothers to stage a racist and homophobic attack on him in January 2019 so that he could gain notoriety. A panel of three judges issued the 2-1 decision. A Cook County judge sentenced Smollett to 150 days in jail, 30 months of probation, $120,106 in restitution to the City of Chicago and a $25,000 fine. He spent six nights in jail and was freed on March 16, 2022 pending this appeal. Jussie Smollett enters rehab after ‘extremely difficult past few years’: TMZ Smollett’s attorney, Nenye Uche, that night criticized special prosecutor Dan Webb’s decision to charge Smollett again after the initial charges were dropped by Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx and he paid a fine. Lawyers argued a deal with the Cook County state’s attorney meant he could no longer be prosecuted. The state said there was no agreement made. Foxx’s office first prosecuted Smollett before dropping the charges weeks later and a review later found that Foxx and others in her office made multiple false statements about the case. The appeals court said Smollett could be released back then after posting a personal recognizance bond of $150,000 — meaning he didn’t have to put down money but agreed to come to court as required. Smollett maintained his innocence during the trial. During sentencing, he shouted at the judge that he was innocent, warning the judge that he was not suicidal and if he died in custody it was somebody else, and not him, who would have taken his life. WGN News has reached out to Smollett’s attorneys for their potential next steps. It’s unknown at this time if the state is working to take Smollett back into custody. link: https://wgntv.com/news/chicago...ts-appeal-on-friday/

Meh...he probably WILL bend over for the soap. "If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D.
