Sadly, with the restrictions on Russian tv and some social media, the moms and pops in Russia won't have much say in the big scheme of things, but some of those in the military might IF they're willing to risk it.

That would be the only way a for a place like Russia.
This is the country who's history is littered with overthrown leaders only to see a worst person come along. This is also the country who made political prisoners and labor camps a national industry.
