I don't think I've ever watched anything so incoherent, detached from reality, or dishonest as that video. To summarize the video...Government runs 'everything', white people are pushed out of the way once and for all, and a complete embrace of socialism saves the world and makes everyone's lives a utopia not seen outside of Hollywood movies. We were in the former East Germany only a few weeks after the wall went down. I spent a year in western Iran back in 1960, and can say from personal observation that there was not much difference between western Iran, or Iran in general, than East Germany.

What we saw in the newly freed east Germany fairly well matched what I saw in western Iran. Only in Iran the roads were better.
