of course not - China wants everyone else to decimate their population for them so it makes their goal of control easier and cheaper

I'll bet in a few years you'll see commercials on TV for class action lawsuits similar to Round Up and Asbestos.

Guess who covers the time off even though it was employer mandated?...

Mrs. Lee has had a sniffle and cough ever since getting vaxxed around late August.

And sadly, I don't think you'll see any lawsuits over this stuff. The vax manufacturers have absolute immunity. They could put nothing but water or saline solution in those vials, call it a vax, say you need a booster every six mos. and the feds will buy every milliliter of the product, tell you you have to have it and you'd better be happy about it.

That is how lawyers write. They leave themselves an out because it's being read in multiple jurisdictions, prosecutorial discretion is involved, and most importantly nobody reading it is their client (ie. you need to hire an attorney if you want them to apply statutes to your specific situation. IME, it'll only reduce the number of outs not eliminate them)

IF I were to be caught with a "fraudulent" vaccine card, how would the state prove its case? I wouldn't say a word to them, wouldn't answer a single question, wouldn't sign a HIPAA release for them to check my status, and they'd probably not expend a lot of effort trying to retrace my steps.
You go somewhere (e.g. Hawaii like the article) or work somewhere and they run your name against the vaccine registry.

What if I took Mrs. Lee's real vax card and just changed the name and DL number? How would the state prove that? It's a real vax card, it's just been altered. I didn't affix the seal to it and didn't buy it online or through the mail. I never authorized anyone to keep a record of it and certainly not attach it to my state DL.
Changing the card is committing fraud. If they really want to they can have the card analyzed by experts and show what was changed in the forgery.

They have to really want to though. Hawaii seems to really want to. Doubtful a concert venue would want to get law enforcement or DA involved.

Also, the fraudster's behavior can have an impact on the "want to." For example, acting like an ass tends to motivate public officials to put in the effort to make someone's life miserable by using the system against them. In other words, walking away if fake vaccine card is declined much less likely to have a negative consequence then someone having a tantrum.

Well, I have no desire to travel to HI in the near future. Mrs. Lee went there a month ago, but again, she's vaxxed. Since she was going to be away for a week, I was thinking of jetting off to see a friend in Austria. She's an MD and told me to not even think of getting vaxxed for the purpose of traveling to Europe. Not worth it in her professional opinion, too many restrictions there to have fun, even with vax documents. And, while she can't say it in her professional capacity to people in Austria, she's my oldest friend, I'm not a patient of hers, and she tells me to not get vaxxed under any circumstances.

So all that said, I don't know what use I'd have for a vax card, real or otherwise. I'm self-employed, so no one can fire me. Any business in AZ that asked for a vax card, I'd not ever step foot in again as long as I live. Going to Europe is too much of a pain in the ass at the moment, ditto for China (to visit Mrs. Lee's folks) and then the whole headache of getting back into the US. So I guess I'll lay low for a while.

Plenty of great places to visit here in the continental US where you don't have to deal with any of that BS. But - it sucks being separated from family during the Holidays.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

For now. Brandon and his merry band of idiots are trying to make it so you have to show proof of the jab to fly within the states.
