Multiple firearms and magazines located in a back pack with the suspect.

If they do find him- which I doubt- it will be because they were able to trace his path when he left the campus- through security cameras and cellphone, or somebody will drop a dime on him for the reward money, and I have a feeling that the motive is something petty; no terrorist attack or anything like that.

I guess none of these news organizations listen to the radio traffic because they are all reporting "suspect still at large". FoxNews and local Michigan affiliates all reporting the same. It's been more than 15 minutes since the shooter shot himself and they are not reporting the latest.

Apparently they aren't, that or they are being polite and waiting for the MSP update. However they've just 'found' the new scene. It's 2 miles from campus and they did elude to hearing MSP radio traffic about this location.

OK, now Fox2 in Detroit is saying that they've "heard from a source" that the shooter died from a self-inflicted wound.

Yeah, thats some hard-hittin', breaking news there, fellas.

Twenty minutes lag, minimum.

My daughter was at Virginia Tech in 2007 when 32 people were killed.

The first two were killed about 7am in the dorm next to where my daughter was.

Police suspected the boyfriend of a girl that was killed. They went after him off campus.

There was no campus wide alert. Turns out the boy friend was innocent.

about 930 am the real killer entered another building and killed another 30 people.

VA Tech got blasted for not responding more aggressively.
