oh that is just awesome

so at the conclusion of this particularly abysmal dog and pony show, does this mean that we won't be seeing Nads Nadler and Pencil-neck Schifferbrains any more?

has this put a kill shot on their aspirations to be the latest Woodward and Barnstein?

It was pathetic watching Mueller- he was appointed as a champion and paragon of virtue, and the world discovered he is a bewildered old man. who only knows what his biased team of investigators told him.

JMO, but I think it is much worse than that.

I believe Mueller is a full fledged member of the conspiracy to take down Donald Trump.

He answered all those question "not in my purview" because he knows the answers. And he knows if the American public found out the answers, dozens of FBI / DoJ personnel would be in criminal jeopardy. And there would be wide spread demands to restructure the FBI.

Mueller was awkward and "confused" because the Republicans know a lot of what really happened. And they hammered him over and over w questions that were spot on.

I’ll agree...before today I only saw him in snippets when the MSM showed him smoothly in scripted news conferences...today he looked like that old guy in the nursing home that you feel sorry for bitching about squirrels raiding the bird feeders while swinging a Hurrycane (I feel free to put it like this because I hate squirrels and I’ve spent time on a cane) Wink

I was able to watch a fair bit. People kept poking their head in my office to check on the bursts of laughter.

Question about Fusion GPS.... “I’m not familiar with that company

When did you read the Steel dossier? “I can’t answer that

Follow up- DID you read the Steel dossier? ”I’m not going to answer that

Who wrote the statement you made on (date)? ”I’m not going to answer that”

Follow up- You just did, it wasn’t you as I suspected...

Really would like to have seen Trey Gowdy back in the saddle today. Would have made it so much more epic-er

What part of "...Shall not be infringed" don't you understand???

Dumb as a fox. Now he can fade away in peace.

He knew what was going on and did his job and trump can't be impeached.

He didn't write or read the report.

Didn't have to.

Just had to read the one-page conclusion.

Signed it and moved on.

He told the Dems to leave him alone and they didn't listen.

Next time they force someone to appear if they are smart all they say, what was the question, sorry I don't remember, not my department.
^^^^ This. And, it seems to me he gave the Dems an equal amount of "I can't answer that, that's outside my perview, I'll stick with what the report says, etc." It depends on what the actual question was.

What he did was, when the members read from the report and asked a question, all he would do is confirm whether they accurately stated what the report said. Regardless of the question, he would not give further details other than what was in the report.

So basically, besides looking like fools, all that was accomplished is that the Dems got to read portions of the report on live TV.

Of course. Common knowledge name for people that follow politics or the Muller Report, and it is out of his purview? 70% of this board knows who Glenn Simpson is. Starange that the 'author' of the Muller report is unfamiliar with person/company that commissioned the Steel Dossier.

Seriously, this was not normal evasion, something weird is going on here.

Listening to it, I really expected a time out and a trainer to come give him the concussion protocols, he was that out of it.

If that is all the 19 angry biased democraps could come up with........well somebody embezzled the shit out of all that money spent on. I would not be surprised if the Clinton Foundation got a large piece of the cash someway, somehow.

Last Sunday James Comey tweeted:

This week, an American patriot takes center stage: he doesn’t want attention; has principles and follows them; and always tells the truth. What an opportunity for young people to be inspired. What a great opportunity for both parties in Congress to follow his example.

guess I missed the inspiration part
