It was a debacle of epic proportions for the libs and the media, so you probably won't hear much about it on the mainstream news. It could not have gone worse for them - they were hoping this would re-ignite their push for impeachment, but it revealed a doddering old fool who had no idea what's in the report that he supposedly authored and can't answer even the most basic questions about it. “Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.” - John Adams

This was not a judicial process. Some of the investigation lead to prosecutions, but this is pure politics. It certainly points up the flaws in the political process. The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything.

I think it finally answered the question if Mueller actually was running this thing or was just a figurehead. There's no way this stuttering, bumbling old fool was running this thing. That explains the hiring of like 29 Democrats and 0 Republicans for this witch-hunt. Trump is proven right yet again!

They were never going to get that, and it doesn't matter. They will attempt to impeach when and if they decide it will profit them. What it was was an attempt to continue to flog this dead horse to extract any last remaining political gain from it. The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything.

FYI: Articles of impeachment were brought to the floor by the dems last week and the resolution was tabled on a 364-58 vote. “Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.” - John Adams

Honestly, this was a disaster for the Ds. They'll attempt to spin in, but nobody of right man can look & listen to Mueller and come away with the feeling that he's sharp and competent. He needs to be at home, in a lazy boy, watching old Detective TV shows.

This is significant As Mueller starts testifying to House Intel, he corrects something he said this morning. He told DEM Lieu that he didn't charge President Trump because of the OLC opinion that the sitting president could not be indicted. Mueller now says that is NOT the correct way to say it. He now says they did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime. I wonder if Mueller got a call from AG Barr that he better correct or else.

Even local news is trying to bury this disaster. I listen to Limbaugh on KMOX radio in St. Louis, a CBS affiliate. They used to go to CBS radio national news at the top of the hour. I guess listeners tuned out at that time. I certainly do that. So a local KMOX "newsperson" reads the national news, usually Carole Daniels. The first item read by Daniels at noon today was fucking Steve Schiff's opening statement! Obviously more coherent than Mueller and far more disparaging of Trump. What with Limbaugh on KMOX, it's long seemed evident they bend the other way the rest of the day to show how fair-minded they think they are. Set the controls for the heart of the Sun.

Why do you think that is? It's because he was prepared with all the questions the dems were going to ask him. He was thoroughly prepped beforehand. When it came time to answer the Republicans' questions which he didn't see beforehand, he was unprepared, uninformed, and basically clueless to the whole subject. This was no act. ~Alan Acta Non Verba NRA Life Member (Patron) God, Family, Guns, Country Men will fight and die to protect women... because women protect everything else. ~Andrew Klavan

Yep, pair that with the fact that the questions the D’s asked him were accompanied by quotes and pages images, etc. on the right side of the split screen, and Liu’s comments on CNN about two week’s worth of mock hearings and prep says they spent a lot of time rehearsing this. That there were no split screen accompanying visuals for the Republican questions was glaring. I do think there was a bit of an attempt to run out the clock on some of the more aggressive lines of questioning, but it was clear he couldn’t keep up with a lot of it. ______________________________________________ “There are plenty of good reasons for fighting, but no good reason ever to hate without reservation, to imagine that God Almighty Himself hates with you, too.”

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ These things are a joke. I remember when Bobby Kennedy was trying to get answers out of the Mob bosses. Those guys would not even take off their sunglasses, and answered I dont remember or I plead the Fifth to every question. That was entertaining. Bobby got really upset.

I agree, but like you said, that's because he couldn't keep up. Clueless. The man had no firsthand involvement in this investigation. That's plainly clear now. ~Alan Acta Non Verba NRA Life Member (Patron) God, Family, Guns, Country Men will fight and die to protect women... because women protect everything else. ~Andrew Klavan

Which would explain why the Democratic members of the committee seemed to be doing all of the testifying! "Mr. Mueller, I can tell you from my years of experience..."

Jackie Speer (D) opened her questioning with more ass sucking praise of his being a “patriot” ...after his earlier fiasco they just want reinforce that in their own minds. He was also waffling on leaking info to CNN on Roger Stone. ******************************************************** "we've gotta roll with the punches, learn to play all of our hunches Making the best of what ever comes our way Forget that blind ambition and learn to trust your intuition Plowing straight ahead come what may And theres a cowboy in the jungle" Jimmy Buffet

I guess that was an insult, because the Left thinks patriotism is racist xenophobia borne of white privilege. .
