I streamed a few minutes just now and it's clear Mueller is trying to play the Republicans there.  Democrat's turn: Mueller perks right up and answers without stuttering or acting confused. Republican's turn: Mueller turns on Doddering Old Fool mode, stuttering, acting confused about what is being asked, asking for things to be repeated. Running out the clock. As I'm watching this, IMO Mueller is coming across as ill informed and aloof. He seems to have little working knowledge of the investigation that folks beneath him (who were clearly hell bent to "get trump") were doing. I think the Republicans are doing a great job of turning the dog and pony show the Dems hoped for completely on its head. They're pointing out all the discrepancies, the biases, and the conflicts of interest all over the place.
