Edited to add: Done at Duke but just starting really. It is a program I would recommend without hesitation to anyone that needs to lose weight and get on the right track.

It was am amazing, inspiring, and awesome week at I’m on the way to better health. It seems that I had every medical test known to man. Good news and no so good news: I passed my stress test and learned that I have diabetes. If I stick to my plan within 4 weeks my numbers should be in the normal range and number will continue to improve with continued diet.

I”ve lost 10 pounds this week and flushed out my system. I have more energy than I’ve had for a while…can’t sit still. i also worked with a nutritionist, and a specialist trainer to develop a work out plan I can do without hurting my back. So far it is working great.
