I imagine a jury having the above weapon pointed at them in court suddenly might not say “that’s just a pellet gun”. Personally, I’m not going to take the time to try and decide if what is being pointed at me or my family is a firearm, a pellet gun, or a realistic toy. A couple years ago I went for a routine visit and was handed a clip board that wanted to know what gender I wanted to be identified as and a bunch of other nonsense. When called back to the nurses station I handed the clipboard back to the nurse blank. She said it was some Government mandate they just started, and I just flat out told her if people would not participate in these silly games it would all go away, and I would not play their game. _________________________ | |||
