Anti-cruising ordnances are like parking tickets - municipal violations payable by fine. They are not criminal offenses that lead to arrest and imprisonment, and usually they only apply at specific times/days (like Friday or Saturday night)

This convoy is a political demonstration and protected under the 1st Amendment, which raises the legal scrutiny that is applied.

I am very curious how Biden and LE will react to it. Behaving like Trudeau will not go over well, and could very well lead to a massive national strike.

The convoy came through OKC about 2 hours ago.

I along with a couple of friends decided to see it, and we did. We parked safely along the turnpike and had a great view.

It was glorious!

I'm especially impressed and thankful to see some trucks with Canadian flags.

Looking back, we should have driven out west to where they spent last night and drove in with them this morning.

There were a lot of passenger vehicles (cars pickups and vans etc, including some motorcycles) that I don't think were part of the regular convoy, I'm certain a lot of those were just local folks, Patriots, that ran around OKC with them.

There were a good number of just normal regular passenger vehicles that I believe have been traveling with the trucks for the distance fro the start or so, so far, and they had lots of flags and signs on.

Before a regular citizen is expected to know the law, there are other classes that should demonstrate it first. If the people that make and enforce laws don't know them, don't expect a citizen to know them either.

Yep, that's how it should be, but it's not the way it is.

You have to live with reality, not wishful thinking.

Really? An argument over a movie made 4 decades ago?

While brave people go to DC as the rest of America sits on the couch. And folks wonder why there are problems.

There's no argument that I can see, merely discussion.

Well, they are here in DC. Most overpasses are filled with people waving flags, and Trump banners in support.

I asked my wife if she could imagine Sloe Joe getting anywhere near this kind of response... Now, somebody explain to me, how did that last election go?
