As the head of a very large group of employees, she does not have the time and bandwith to personally investigate and charge those needing charging. Her job is to direct each case to the best attorneys and investigators, and to make tactical decisions. Also part of her responsibility is to let the citizens know what the DOJ is working on. Harvard shouldn't get a dime of grant money, no matter their politics or policies. Any "non-profit" that has an 11 figure endowment and charges upwards of $90k for tuition does not need a dime of taxpayer money.
