"Those upset by the emerging dictatorship of district court justices behaving as though they were president should read the Judiciary Act of 1802. Jefferson and his party completely revised the court system and abolished a series of federalist judges they deemed illegitimate. A warning to the current out of control judiciary."

Hmmm, I bet that the El Salvador prison focuses a bit more on “punishment” than the US system does. I weep for all those criminals thinking the worse that would happen to them was the US system only to wake up every day being treated like the animals they are.

And by “weep” I mean laugh so hard I’m crying Big Grin

I’ve got to imagine that it might be rough to be a prisoner where, if your jailer were to think of you at all the thought might be, “You’re lower than eel shit in the bottom of the Mariana Trench.”

Hmmm, I wonder what effect the publication of how these deported prisoners are being treated at CECOT will affect other dirtbags thinking about entering the US illegally?

From the text at the link, unless I have my civics puzzled up (entirely possible), there may be an issue. It is my understanding that only the congress can declare war. I am unaware of a declared war under which these dirtbags can be deported. Perhaps it is time for our Republican majority to declare war against the appropriate folks so that PDJT can tell the judge to sit down and hush?

No declared war required.

This is a separate clause, as indicated by “or.”

Since these people largely came from foreign nations en masse, the fight will be over whether this was a nation or government doing it.

Speaking of which, although I think we all agree that a lot of useless people, bogus contracts and over spends need to be curtailed. I know two people, working in the private sector who were just laid off due to cancellation of government contracts. Both avid Trump supporters who are now thinking "What the hell??"

I'm working on a gov't contract. I don't expect it will be shut down, but am okay if it is. Figured it's one of those things that needs to happen. I was put out of work by OZero cancelling Constellation. That put our space program back by at least a decade.

There are going to be a lot of good people hit by the effects of elimination of a lot of gov't contracts. It will be painful in the short term. But we're drowning in debt and drastic action needs to be taken. Sad thing is, we've had since the end of the Cold War to get our fiscal house in order. Had we taken small actions decades ago we wouldn't need to take such drastic actions now. But politicians of neither party have had the courage to take on this addiction to spending until now.

Donald Trump VOIDS Pardons Signed by President Autopen

Justice appears to be back on the table for “pardoned” members of the January 6 Committee as well as other criminals let loose by Joe Biden in his final weeks in office.

President Trump declared on Truth Social that the pardons signed by “Crooked Joe Biden” are void. Here’s his post:

The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime. Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!

All of this was set in motion in early March when Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey sent a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi questioning Biden’s ability to sign the documents he allegedly signed. As noted on The Liberty Daily:

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is urging the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate whether former President Joe Biden’s staff exploited his mental decline to implement far-left policies, according to a letter obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Biden’s executive actions — including last-minute clemency grants to violent criminals and sentence commutations for death row inmates — are “legally void” if he did not give his knowing approval, Bailey wrote Tuesday in a letter to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz.

After that, it was discovered that the vast majority of documents “signed” by Biden were actually signed via Autopen.

Last week, Lindell TV’s Cara Castronuova asked White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt about the Autopen scandal, but Leavitt couldn’t offer an answer. She said she’s look into it. Conspicuously, President Trump started posting and talking about Autopen the very next day.

^^^ Excellent! Here's more:

The Autopen scandal whereby the demented puppet “Biden” was signing pardons and executive orders without ever knowing what he was doing is about to become the gift that will keep on giving straight to indictments and prosecutions of the various Intelligence Industrial Complex assets guilty of crimes against humanity and crimes against the Republic.

Trump has no choice now but to eradicate the enemies of America, or else not only will he and his family be hunted down after his last term, but America will be backsliding into the pernicious Marxism that we are now digging ourselves out of.

There are so many Washington, D.C. criminals to go after, and justice must be meted out as swiftly as possible; in other words, the only way to defeat this Deep State is to exterminate it with extreme prejudice like the cancer that it is, or else it will take hold again by metastasizing even faster if given the opportunity.

The Russia Collusion Hoax, the Unselect Committee, the PSYOP-19 scamdemic orchestrators like Fauci, Birx, Gates and their various NWO co-conspirators that badly duped Trump must all be rounded up at once.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

"The Attorney General, on January 18, 1946, ordered removal of petitioner, a German national, from the United States."

With the surrender Of Germany and Japan in 1945 the declared war was over.

The Supreme Court has historically given Presidents wide latitude in times of emergency.

Roosevelt confiscated American citizens gold via an executive order 6102 in 1933, which was based on the Trading With The Enemy Act of 1917.

Who would have thought in 1917 this law would be used to confiscate gold from American citizens? The Supreme Court agreed with President Roosevelt.

Trump: Biden's Pardons 'Void' Due to Autopen

President Donald Trump declared the pardons issued by President Joe Biden during his final hours in office "void, vacant, and of no further force or effect" because they were signed by a device.

The Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project recently reported that Biden used an "autopen signature" across almost "every document we could find."

Critics say Biden's use of the autopen to sign official documents cast doubt over the former president's ability to lead the country.

Biden's pardons included preemptive ones for family members; members of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's partisan Jan. 6 select committee; Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases; and Gen. Mark Milley, chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

"The 'Pardons' that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen," Trump posted shortly after midnight Monday on Truth Social.

"In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime.

"Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!"

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is demanding a Department of Justice investigation as to whether "Biden's cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval."

In a letter to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz dated March 4, Bailey wrote that "it appears staffers and officers in the Biden administration may have exploited Biden's incapacity so they could issue orders without an accountable President of sound mind approving them."

Maybe not. We'll see if it can be proven that FJB was not actually involved in the decision.

I hope there is solid evidence that FJB was not involved in the pardons. Trump makes a specific allegation which, if true, does void the pardons.
