Equally problematic. For example, if I were to try to take public transport from where I am in Loudoun to the Navy Yard, I'd need to drive to a commuter bus lot, take the commuter bus to a METRO station, change to METRO, and make two line changes to get there. If they are returning to in-person work, it would lead one to believe they used to work in-person so: #1 Question Everyone Should be Asking: Where the fook did all those desks go which in-person employees used to sit at??? #2 Question: As applied to the Navy Yard - How did the in-person employee(s) get to work before they were allowed to work from home? Some people simply aren't able to "return" to in-person work. In my daughter's case, she's been selected for telework since the Navy moved her husband to the base in Millington, TN in early 2017, before Covid. It would be impractical for her, with 3 kids now, to commute between Millington, TN and Monterey, CA. I don't know if there's a desk available for her in Monterey, CA or not but I do know the cost of living is a lot higher in Monterey than Millington. "Some things are apparent.
