But he (President Trump) cannot do that.

Sure he can... charge her with the crimes she is committing regarding harboring criminals, depriving citizens of rights under color of law (18 USC Section 242), and any other crime that can be found that she committed. She would be removed from office.

Her blatantly stating and carrying her statements out in writing (bills to be passed in our state legislature, and they will pass, regarding harboring illegals and violating US Constitution, and US Supreme Court Rulings).

This makes her guilty of treason.

11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

Qualifications for Overseers

1Ti 3:1-13
1 This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.
2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;
5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.
7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
8 Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;
9 Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.
10 And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless.
11 Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.
12 Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
13 For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus.

I would add 1 Timothy 4 in there too.

1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron,

Time for you to DIE.

Trump obliterates DEI with scathing order to cancel all federal diversity programs and reveals deadline to place EVERY employee on leave as he warns of 'adverse consequences'

By WILL POTTER FOR DAILYMAIL.COM
PUBLISHED: 21:41 EST, 21 January 2025 | UPDATED: 00:57 EST, 22 January 2025

Donald Trump quickly made good on his pledge to sever diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies in the federal government as he is set to lay off all DEI hires within 24 hours.

The new Trump administration sent a letter to all heads and acting heads of government agencies on Tuesday, informing them all federal employees in DEI roles must be placed on paid leave by 5pm Wednesday.

All DEI offices in federal agencies are also being shuttered in the move, which comes after Trump signed an anti-DEI executive order in front of a cheering crowd at his inauguration on Monday.

In a letter first obtained by CBS News, the agencies were ordered to 'take prompt actions' against all departments 'focusing exclusively on DEI initiatives and programs.'

The letter also demands all public DEI focused webpages be taken offline, and orders employees within the departments to report 'any efforts to disguise these programs by using coded or imprecise language.'

Any employees that are aware of 'coded or imprecise language' intended to keep DEI programs alive but do not report them within 10 days are warned of 'adverse consequences.'

Trump's executive order, titled 'Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing and Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions', directly reverses a DEI executive order enacted by President Biden on his first day in office four years ago.

Tuesday's order concludes: 'These programs divided Americans by race, wasted taxpayer dollars, and resulted in shameful discrimination.'

After all DEI hires are placed on leave by 5pm Wednesday, agencies are ordered to develop plans to lay off each employee that was hired under DEI policies, with a deadline of next Friday given to develop a list for a 'reduction in force action.'

Agencies must then report to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) on 'all steps taken' to remove DEI programs by January 23, including a complete list of all employees that had been in DEI offices as of November 5, 2024.

A written plan for firing all DEI employees must then be submitted to the OPM by January 31, 2025, including a list of all 'contract descriptions or personnel position descriptions that were changed since November 5, 2024' to conceal their DEI intentions.

The executive order slammed the 'infiltration' of DEI programs into the federal government, and cited the executive order signed by Biden on the first day of his presidency that aimed to tackle racial inequalities in government.

Another similar executive order signed by Trump on Tuesday also rolled back affirmative action in federal contracting, reversing a longstanding order first signed by President Lyndon Johnson in 1965.

Shortly after signing the anti-DEI executive order this week, Trump fired the female leader of the US Coast Guard, Admiral Linda Fagan, over concerns about her obsession with DEI policies.

In a memo issued by the White House on Tuesday night, the Trump administration claimed progress made by the passage of civil rights legislation decades ago as having been lost to DEI programs.

'Today, roughly 60 years after the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, critical and influential institutions of American society, including the Federal Government, major corporations, financial institutions, the medical industry, large commercial airlines, law enforcement agencies, and institutions of higher education have adopted and actively use dangerous, demeaning, and immoral race and sex-based preferences under the guise of so-called 'diversity, equity, and inclusion,' the memo read.

Trump's order argued that DEI programs 'not only violate the text and spirit of our longstanding Federal civil-rights laws, they also undermine our national unity.'

'They deny, discredit, and undermine the traditional American values of hard work, excellence, and individual achievement in favor of an unlawful, corrosive, and pernicious identity-based spoils system,' the memo continued.

'Hardworking Americans who deserve a shot at the American Dream should not be stigmatized, demeaned, or shut out of opportunities because of their race or sex.

'The American people have witnessed first-hand the disastrous consequences of illegal, pernicious discrimination that has prioritized how people were born instead of what they were capable of doing.'

Dismantling the federal government's DEI programs was just one of a wave of executive orders Trump signed in his first hours back in power.

Many of the orders reversed policies his predecessor put into effect during his four years in the White House - and a number of the orders even include language hitting out at former President Biden.

The orders range in topics from national security, migration at the southern border, the use of natural resources and even gender ideology.

The very first executive action Trump signed into law was to rescind 78 Biden-era executive orders.

'The previous administration has embedded deeply unpopular inflationary, illegal and radical practices within every agency and office of the federal government,' Trump's own executive action reads.

'Orders to open the borders have endangered the American people and dissolved federal, state and local resources that should be used to benefit the American people. Climate extremism has exploded inflation and overburdened businesses with regulation.

'To commence the policies that will make our Nation united, fair, safe and prosperous again, it is the policy of the United States to restore common sense to the federal government.'

Among the executive actions he rescinded were some Biden signed rescinding his own executive actions from his previous administration, and a number dealing with migration-related issues.

One such action was Biden's order Enabling All Qualified Americans to Serve Their Country in Uniform, which said gender identity is not a bar from service.

Trump also rescinded policies establishing a White House Gender Policy Council and ending Cuba's designation as a state sponsor of Terrorism.

The 'Initial rescissions of harmful executive orders and actions' memo included a reversal on sanctions against the International Criminal Court.

Other executive orders pledged to restore free speech and end censorship, to end the 'weaponization' of the federal government against 'political opponents', and ordering the return of all federal employees to in-person work.

Trump cancels sanctions on Israeli settlers imposed by Biden administration on first day in White House
Israeli politicians thank Trump and call the move a restoration of US friendship for Israel

All Israel News Staff | Published: January 21, 2025

Newly inaugurated U.S. President Donald Trump, rescinded a series of sanctions imposed by former president Joe Biden on a group of Israeli settlers accused of being involved in violence against Palestinians.

A webpage titled “Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions” was published on the White House website shortly after Trump's inauguration.

According to the White House website, Trump rescinded Executive Order 14115, issued on Feb. 1, 2024, which had authorized the imposition of certain sanctions "on Persons Undermining Peace, Security, and Stability in the West Bank.”

The Biden administration had slapped sanctions on several individual settlers and settler organizations, freezing their U.S. assets and generally barring American businesses and organizations from having dealings with them.

The announcement of the canceling of sanctions against the settlers and settlement groups was met with strong support by leaders in the settler movement and Israeli politicians who support the settler movement.

Shai Alon, head of the Beit El Council, thanked Trump and called for the Israeli government to take advantage of the moment.

"This is the time for sovereignty. I call on the government and its leader to take advantage of every moment and work tirelessly for Israel,” Alon said.

"The entire settlement movement greets President Trump and thanks him for his loyalty and willingness together. The President proved, already in his first moments in office, that the settlements in Judea and Samaria are no different from anywhere else, strengthening Israel’s sovereignty and security," Alon said.

"This is the first step that shows that the winds of change in the settlements in Judea and Samaria have begun, and even greater things are yet to come.”

Yossi Dagan, head of the Samaria Council, said, "President Donald Trump's decision to cancel the scandalous sanctions of his predecessor, Biden, upon entering the White House, is not only an important moral message, it is also a political message that the United States is once again a friend of Israel.”

Former Prime Minister, Naftali Bennett also thanked Trump for helping with the hostage deal and canceling the sanctions.

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich thanked Trump for his “just” decision to lift the sanctions.

“Mr. President, your firm and uncompromising stand by the State of Israel is an expression of your deep connection to the Jewish people and our historic right to our land. I have no doubt that during your term, we will continue to strengthen our strategic partnership and deepen our friendship based on shared values of belief in justice, freedom, and security,” Smotrich wrote on X.

Former National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir also thanked Trump, saying, “I welcome the historic decision of incoming US President Donald Trump to lift the sanctions imposed by the Biden administration on the settlers of Judea and Samaria.”

He also expressed his hope that Trump would change the policy towards the Hamas terror group.

“Now, all that remains is to hope for a change in policy towards the terrorist organization Hamas, in a way that will not allow them oxygen and deals that help them continue their activities,” Ben Gvir posted to X

Trump administration officials have not indicated that he will support the applying of Israeli sovereignty to the territories of Judea and Samaria but many in the Israeli settler community hope that he will.

Although FBI Director Wray resigned, I cannot find a reference as to Biden pardoning him.

The above URL is to the December, 2024 letter written by Grassley to Wray. It is an eleven page litany of Wray’s failures, including the armed (!) raid on President Trump’s home.

I think it is worth reading.

Schiff, who now has gotten a pardon, was caught condemning such actions when it was Trump who was pardoning some of his supporters four years ago.

He was asked in an interview: “Have you ever heard of somebody getting a preemptive pardon who is an innocent person? ”

“No,” Schiff said.

Have any on the Forum had any success in changing the mind or opinion of a Liberal/Democrat concerning President Trump? I certainly have not.

I normally don't watch Beck, but this is a phone interview with Senator Lee.

Per the Senator, as of THIS MORNING, 22 JANUARY 2025, the DC Jail has NOT released all of the people who received pardons TWO DAYS AGO!!!!. They continue to hold people who they have zero business holding.

If this is borne out, take away Home Rule, fire every DC employee, and burn the entire DC government to the ground.

ETA ONE:

Holy cow, this story has a bunch of coverage on new media, largely TWITTER (I SAID TWITTER!!) and Rumble. Of course the MSM is silent.

ETA TWO:

WUSA9 had a story this morning confirming that the DC government is illegally holding American citizens.

I hope those pardoned and not immediately released sue the individuals involved for everything they possess.
