The ceremony certainly confirmed the fact that conservative women are WAY hotter than liberal women.

Elon Musk: This was a fork in the road, a victory for western civilization.

BTW I loved seeing Pinchar, Cook, Bezos, Zuckerberg along with Musk there to “kiss the ring”.

For those who don’t know, C-SPAN 2 is showing inaugural events WITHOUT commentary. Right now Kash Patel is giving a terrific speech at the Capital One Arena. Prior to that Musk was over the top in his excitement. Well worth watching!

Trump talking about the wall in Texas and was surprised to see Gov. Greg Abbott in the audience, he didn't know he was there. Interesting info about the border wall.

I woke up today at 2:30 am and was thinking about being the first to post but I decided to give Para the choice.

We had to drive today during the festivities but my lovely wife booted her laptop up and we “watched it” as we were driving down the road!

What a great time to be alive!

And back to Texas, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection in riot gear shut down the port of entry in ElPaso minutes before Trump took the oath. Also, the CBP One app that was used by illegals to submit info and make appointments for entrance has been eliminated today, all existing appointments cancelled. It is starting...

Well, they played “Yankee Doodle” and not “The World Turned Upside Down”, so I presume they’re on our side.

The United States Army Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps, part of the 3rd Infantry, is one of four premier musical organizations of the United States Army. Members perform using musical instruments and wearing uniforms similar to those used by military musicians of the Continental Army during the American Revolution.

The musicians of this unit recall the fifes and drums from the days of the American Revolution as they perform in uniforms patterned after those worn by the musicians of Gen. George Washington's Continental Army.

Military musicians of the period wore the reverse colors of the regiments to which they were assigned. The uniforms worn by the members of the Corps are dated circa 1781, and consist of black tricorn hats, white wigs, waistcoats, colonial coveralls, and red regimental coats. The 69-member Corps uses 10-hole fifes, handmade rope-tensioned drums and two-valve bugles, which bring to life the exciting sounds of the Continental Army.
