UP in Hobbs Cafe ~~~ * Ahoy * Tilapia Fish and Chips with Roasted Potato Wedges and Tartar Sauce ... Flaky fish breaded in light tempura batter and fried. A tangy pickle relish tartar and oven-baked chips kissed by a tinge of classic white wine vinegar. Bon Appetit While this meal eats just fine, it isn't cooked and presented to my expectations. ^^^ It's really delicious. Fresh made tartar sauce and a little Old Bay seasoning along with the lemon juice on the fish. Chips cooked in white wine vinegar is delicious too. I just should have cooked in batches at a slightly higher temp and left the chips in the oven for 2-3 more minutes longer. I'll know next time I guess. ... kinda makes me want to drop by Capt D's later LOL | |||
