Four meals from Thursday-Friday-Saturday and Sunday.

Garlic Alfredo Chicken Bacon roll ups. Did this on Thursday night. Best damn Alfredo sauce I've ever made.

Mongolian Beef over rice. Did this Friday night in the pressure cooker. May use a lower cut of beef next time as I used flank steak this time, but it was good.

Roast n potatoes for Saturday in the slow cooker.

Sunday was my funday. I haven't cooked this in forever it seems like. Red Beans and Rice with smoked Boudin.

If you really want something you'll find a way ...
... if you don't you'll find an excuse.

I'm really not a "kid" anymore ... but I haven't grown up yet either Wink

I didn't make it but had to share. Tapa Toro in Orlando a couple weeks ago. There is some Jamon Iberico ham on that plate. AMAZING! The Flamenco dancer was a nice touch, thought she deserved a pic in the food porn thread
