Guys, the cake is a custom from my wife Smile They, along with a little niece made the cake almost 12 hours. Secret ingredients and very tasty! Smile

Had a sweet tooth this morning... cue the French toast panini... scrambled eggs, bacon and American cheese, on French toast which is then put into a panini press and served drizzled with maple syrup and powdered sugar. Yummmmm

Haven't made a lot of chocolate this summer due to the heat and humidity, but a relatively cool night last night let me get back into the kitchen....

White chocolate salted caramel in a 65% dark chocolate shell.
