Just picked up a new to me Sony RX1 full frame compact 35mm and I think I'm in complete love with it so far. Still gotta get used to the menus as I keep wanting to revert to my Fuji menus out of habit.

Spring is here, and out my back door are some lovely Daffodils. As I knew I couldn't get the angle I wanted with a macro lens I opened the French doors and lay on the floor with a super zoom (Sigma 50-500) and shot that way with a wonderful backlight provided by our friend the Sun.

Thank you. Both done with the Pentax K3 and the Sigma 50-500mm lens with the closeup being at the 500mm focal length and f6.7 (wide open for this lens on the Pentax bodies).
