Native Ladies Slippers. I have a patch of these growing in my woods behind the house. Interesting flower, usually blooms around Mothers Day.

I thought I was the only one in the free world that had 13 different
colored towels, life is great when you have choices.

My Uncle Paul had 9 wall crank phones in his collection
then he had another half dozen that he were 50% parted out.
I always wonder what they brought at his auction, upon his passing

"Plated". "Plaited" is the same as "braided".

I didn't take the photo, but the evening shift Sgt did. Pilot in his 60s, no apparent medical or mechanical problems, had this mishap a couple of days ago. He said the engines had recently been rebuilt. He was the sole occupant, I believe they said he slid about 700 feet.

Another yard photo, this one about 15 minutes ago. About a 4 ft Gopher Snake, nice to see these around the area.
