You finished Season 1 or Season 2? The last three episodes of Season 2 will be released 5/13.

Ah, I thought it was only 3 sets of 3 episodes. Well there’s still a bit of hope for something more compelling to happen, though we know it runs right up to the start of R1. The only character that really has some room for development is Mon.

Andor is the only good thing to come out of Disney lately.

It was a little preachy and woke in a few places but didn't detract from the over all feel of the stories.

Best of all, no Jedi hopping around.

K2 had his Bill Burr/Migs Mayfeld moment and it was spectacular.

This is what Star Wars is supposed to be. A brutal war series.

Soldier: ”Are you with us?”
K2: “No”

From the second K2 launched that guy off the bridge I was like “Let’s gooooo!” Such a fantastic series and well worth the wait. I watched Rogue One again for the first time in years immediately after the finale, and it was truly like a season 3.

Watching Andor and Rogue One makes me realize how oversimplified the original trilogy was. I hope there are more series woven into the timeline ol those movies.

I was like, "Why didn't the second guy in the lobby immediately start shooting at K2?" The scene redeemed itself, as I was struck by the similarity of K2 walking down the hallway holding the ISB officer as a shield with the Vader scene from Rogue One.

Back from vacation and finally finished-up Andor, yup, still the best of the Star Wars Stories.

The show isn't for everyone, it's much more drama heavy and less on the action, it gets into the deckplate details of how the rebellion was fueled. The dialogue is what drives the show along with the handful of characters who are pivotal to the short-timeline of the Death Star's development. Drinker nails it once again, pointing out the slow roll of the first three episodes, then things get ramped-up with the rest of the show. The sexual assault scene was a nothing-burger, shocking but didn't detract from the show other than pointing out the Empire is a repository of sociopaths and driving another nail into the trauma that Bix had been experiencing.

Luthen Rael has more impact on the overall Star Wars saga than any of the characters of the sequels. A pivotal figure, Skarsgard is just a fantastic actor, his role as Rael put a face on the rebellion, the influential spy master, the insurgency-executive who maintained the fire, searching for fuel to stoke the flames.

Deedra Meero may be the one of the more scary characters in all of Star Wars; for a story where the bad guys are supposed to be feared, her roll exemplified what evil is supposed to represent. A cold, calculating sociopath she is the relentless evil of the Empire...until she wasn't. Her presence would make any Empire character from the sequels shit their pants, the only thing limiting her abilities was the position she was in...high enough to do damage but, not high enough to have any autonomy.

I do wished they could've fleshed-out Saw Guerera's character and his influence on the insurgency. I know there's a number of books that go into his backstory however, in Andor, he pop's up here & there portrayed as a outlandish, moody, privateer who has no love for the Empire nor, many others.

Krennic- 'I can't protect you Lio...'
Partegaz- 'You were supposed to be done by now..'

Whoa!

Now I need to rewatch Rogue One
