Staring back from the abyss |
Glad I stopped watching it. ________________________________________________________ "Great danger lies in the notion that we can reason with evil." Doug Patton.

Literally didn't notice the kiss part, and that was on a 65" TV. It's been a very slow season & a lot of nothing happening. We'll see if it picks up in the mid-finale, probably some cliffhanger. The Enemy's gate is down.

Abby is certainly pulling a big load. Could probably haul one of the cattle trailers.

It was towards the end right before John kissed Summer behind the hat. They were looking over their shoulder at the crowd and that is where it happened. If I wasn't so shocked, I'd be mortified...... Just watched the mid-season finale. This whole Beth vs Jamie thing has gone off the rails. The program now is getting poor reviews. Waiting until summer for the next episode add to it. A storyless, preachy bore is how critics sized it up. Cowboy life good, city life bad. If you care to read more: https://bgr.com/entertainment/...e-starting-to-get-si

I don't mind a slow story from time to time, but there is about 7 minutes of action in the whole show. Almost as bad as football.

I love how all these left-wing news organization hate Republicans and go out and make TV Series like that makes Kevin Costner took like TRUMP.

At this point, I'm doubting the show will ever return, anyway. Not sure I'll watch any more Taylor Sheridan shows. Liked every damn one of them but they all just stopped. Sick of that shit.

Cant really replace Costners Dutton- but if they are gonna try may I suggest Kurt Russell? "I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to other people and I require the same from them." - John Wayne in "The Shootist"

The first season of the series showed John dealing with complications due to colon cancer. The show has always been about him trying to prepare for his kids taking over the ranch. So they need to figure out a way to write John off using the cancer angle while Kayce gets his shit together and steps up to take over the ranch with Rip and Beth supporting him. They could do that in five episodes and then finish the series out.
