| Nicely done. One of the dumbest moments of my life… selling my 357Sig HK USP Compact. Great pistols in any caliber. |

Quit exaggerating. The DA pulls are no more then 80-90 pounds at most. . Nice USP. I love HK pistols even with their less then stellar triggers.

Yeah you probably should have kept that one. I don't think I have ever seen one for sale in person.

| The crappy trigger notwithstanding, I've always liked the USPc. I put it in the top 4 favorite compact pistols, the other three being the P228, the G19 and the PCR.

| You will LOVE this pistol, and even more so with the flat trigger. For me, it makes the USP Compact shine. |

| One of my favorite HKs. But I "ruined" mine a while ago when I swapped out the factory sights for a set of Trijicon 'Bright and Tough' tritium. Went from a somewhat undesirable but wholly understandable combat hold to an unexpected 6:00 hold, definitely not my favorite sighting methodology. One of these days I'm going to have to fix that.

| I have moved mine into my carry rotation or rather I carry it when I can. To me I have zero issues on the trigger so hate it if you will. I also replaced the hammers in all of my compacts with a spurred hammer. |

| The reason I opted for the USP C is because it has the left side only safety/decocker lever (just like yours). For concealed carry, it is the perfect set up for right handed people IMO. After chambering a round, simply decock the pistol and engage the safety. It's like carrying a 1911, except that the first shot is a longer pull. A very safe carry mode.
As for the P30, I also have one of those. It too has the Grayguns straight trigger. Mine is the P30S, the "S" indicating safety lever. It's similar to the USP C except the safety levers on it (both sided) are solely safety levers and do not function as a decocker. There is a separate lever/button at the rear of the slide that performs the decocking process.
Both of these pistols are outstanding. If I could say anything negative at all, it would be that I could easily live without the safety lever being on both sides of the frame. But the P30S doesn't come that way. It could probably be removed with a dremel tool, but it's not the end of the world being there either.
If HK ever offered either of these pistols in all stainless steel, I'd be all over them! |

| I also had a P30SK LEM Lite that I liked. Sold it for something else I just had to have. I did like that set up as well. I didn't like the LEM but when I found one with LEM Lite I was sold. Kaschi, yes I really like the safety/decocker set up on the USPC. Very safe to carry.

| It’s been a long time since I have handled one of those. To decocker which way do you move the lever? Up past the safe position or down past the fire position? |

Just mobilize it
