Exactly the same with me. The P2000 is not eye appealing to me, and I have never liked the way it felt in my grip. OTOH, the USP looks just badass and feels very good in hand.

Valid points from both of you. I don't mind the USP's grip but I much prefer the P2000's grip. Looks wise, I have no preference. It's nice to have options, that's for sure.

This looks great, happy to hear that the match trigger kit cleaned things up, the hammer change is fun as well. I’ll be keeping those in mind for the future. Trijicon night sights will be the cherry on top! Congrats again, some fantastic upgrades to a tried and true platform.

Me too! The USPc actually feels better in my hand and I get much better purchase on the USPc as well. Oh, and it does look VERY badass! Cool

I prefer the USPc (and the USP!) to ALL other polymer frame pistols from HK, to include all variants of the P2000, P30, VP9 and the HK45.

I had a USP that I converted to an LEM trigger. It was so much better after that. I wish that I hadn't sold it.

I added the final touch on the USPC today. A set of Trijicon night sights. I have these on other handguns and really like them.

Finally have a range report on the USPC.

Range report on the USPC. I was shooting Aguila 115 gr. 9mm at 7 yards, black bulls eye is 2-1/2" OD. No function issues at all. Shot probably 50 rounds at paper targets and steel plates. The USP ran like a champ. It's been a while since I shot a handgun but not bad, just need some more trigger time. Love the sights and the other mods. I measured the DA pull and the SA with my Lyman digital guage. After all the changes I now have 9-1/2 lbs and 4-1/2 lbs.
You may notice on the right side view of the slide on the muzzle end and the hammer end you will see a scrape. The first day I had it I dropped on the asphalt MadMadMad. Oh well, it passed the drop test. It wasn't loaded by the way.

I had one of those years ago.



I dropped an LEM trigger in it and preferred it over DA/SA, although I was into Sig DAK triggers at the time.



Sold it to buy something else.
Didn't care much for the mag release either.

I have no idea why Photobucket watermarks show up on my posted pics.
It only happens in this forum.
Do y'all see them?

That was back when I marred my serial numbers, now I don't care anymore.
