Is rim lock a real problem with the shorter defensive ammo in .32 pistols?

Mostly when using HP bullets. They are usually a bit shorter than FMJ & if your not paying attention when loading the mag you can induce rim lock. Just watch how you load the magazine & it'll help alleviate the issue. I'm a big fan of .32 & have never experienced it. Rom 13:4 If you do evil, be afraid. For he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is God's minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil.

Kel-Tec makes a spacer to install in their p32 mag to remedy this exact failure.

I have called them before posting. Talk with a nice lady. They did but stopped. The same with their 10 round mags. Thanks

I have a KelTec P32 and always use FMJ in it. I have never had a rim lock. I have an NAA Guardian that loves jhp ammo but I also use FMJ in that gun as well just to avoid the issue even though I've never had a rim lock in that gun either. FMJ ammo is best in a 32acp anyways IMHO.
