I am considered a Dr. in Mexico and I can make you fall asleep just by talking to you.

I notice things.

Color variations. Noises. Smells. Vibrations. Things that are out of place. My recall isn't extraordinary (I can't do the Sherlock Holmes thing where I recall minute details from earlier in the day), but in the moment, I can detect small disturbances or variances long before anyone else. I'm always the guy that's like, "Something's wrong with this. Don't you hear that?" or "Pick that one, the paint color here one is off."

The corollary is that if I am introduced to something new or unfamiliar, I have already noticed many of the elements or context required to make an educated guess on how something works. Not just mechanically, but also socially or culturally.

I can cook well.

I can shoot well. I am not a great bullseye shooter, although I am not bad. I am good at the action shooting games, like IDPA, USPSA, and three-gun. I am also a pretty good wingshot, and with practice and more time, I think I could be quite good.

I'm a master at upsetting my wife, sometimes all I have to do is be in the same room with her.

I know more about snow science and avalanche control than any rational person ought to know. Wasn't a very marketable skill as I'm now paralyzed and can't get into the backcountry anymore.

Now that I'm a QSA, I'm moderately decent at infosec.

I'm a pretty good driver. My Sensei taught me "Never hit anything with your hand that you can shoot. Never shoot anything that you can run over with your car."

I can run most small arms like a sewing machine. It's the one thing I consistantly did well while in uniform. I'm also pretty good with machinery. I seem to be able to get the most out of whatever system I'm running. I've been told I'm easy on the eyes, but I guess that's a bit more subjective that everything else.
