The Clintons are done.

Bill is a washed up creepy old dude and his wife is a two time loser with serious health issues, ongoing legal issues, and the vast majority of people simply don't like her. Neither one will ever hold elected office again.

The best Chelsea could ever hope for is a state rep position and even that is a stretch.

Stick a fork in them, they're done. And...somehow the air that I breathe now is cleaner and crisper. They are a vile and evil bunch and now that the country and democrat party has finally washed their hands of them, we all breathe a little easier and have a little extra spring in our steps.

There has been a dark cloud hanging over this country for twenty-five years (I would argue twenty-nine years) and the wind has finally blown.

This is so beautiful. For so long now it has been taught to so many the way to shut down your opposition is to call them "X" with X being your choice of - racist, homophobe, etc. You only needed one label and you could effectively censor your opponent.

Problem is - it didn't work on Mr. Trump.

So now they are using all the "X" labels in the same sentence and realizing that their kryptonite is worthless. They remind me of the old Superman TV shows when the bad guys would unload their revolvers at George Reeves and would look down bewildered at their revolver when it didn't faze him.

Not to get too melodramatic, or too optimistic, but Trump has a chance to make more dynamic change in our country than we have ever seen.

Obama did indeed transform us. But it was sometimes a slow drip. He delayed the full impact of obamacare until he was leaving office.

The changes he caused by populating the federal agencies w leftist radicals took a while to fully sink in to our "awareness". So Obama's rather massive transformation took place over 8 years.

Trump on the other hand, can turn a lot of that around by putting new people in charge at the federal agencies. He can do quick things on obamacare and illegal immigration.

This could be a wild ride. Let's hope so.

He will need our continued support. The battle has just begun.

California history teacher placed on leave after comparing Trump to Hitler

A California history teacher was placed on leave Thursday after a complaint over a lesson where he compared President-elect Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler.

The Monterrey Herald reported that Frank Navarro was asked to leave in the middle of the day after a parent sent an email to Mountain View High School expressing concerns over the comparison. The area’s Superintendent Jeff Harding confirmed the incident, but refused to detail the complaint.

Navarro has taught at Mountain View for 40 years. He’s an expert on the Holocaust. He told the paper that school officials didn’t disclose what the parent’s complaint was. They also declined to review the lesson plan.

“This feels like we’re trying to squash free speech,” he said. “Everything I talk about is factually based. They can go and check it out. It’s not propaganda or bias if it’s based on hard facts.”

The complaint comes in the midst of the uproar over Trump’s Election Day victory over Hillary Clinton. The Democratic nominee won the state’s 55 electoral votes.

Navarro had received complaints in the past about his lessons being one-sided, but insists that his plan was based on facts and not opinion.

“I said (to school officials), ‘I’m not pulling these facts out of my hat. It’s based on experience and work and if I’m wrong, show we where I’m wrong.’ And there was silence,” he said.

School officials originally told Navarro to return Wednesday, but Harding said he could return as early as Monday. A petition on Change.org to bring Navarro back garnered more than 1,000 signatures.

Navarro’s controversy came on the same day as Milpitas High School Principal Phil Morales was placed on administrative leave for using profanity about Trump during a student walkout.
