Bill Kristol, champion of NeverTrump: Trump should say:

But you have concerns about me. So let me say this.

One term . I'm going to appoint an attorney general who is a totally respected bipartisan judicial type or maybe a Democrat who I don't know who is not loyal to me.

And I'm going to never interfere with the work of that Attorney General.'"

video at:

so Trump has gone from a guy who was guaranteed to get totally wiped out in the general election, to a guy who should pledge "just one term"

I disagree, Sir. I recognized your contributions to this forum back when we were heavily discussing the missing airplane, and I still to this day pay special attention to what you choose to post. Thanks for your posts.

Yeah, I have a few things I will enjoy telling him in an email. Smile

This is what happens. The largest voting counties are filled with Democrats and people wanting free shit. I'm proud to live in one of the red counties but the unfortunate thing is that the red counties don't have the voting population to swing the others.

Will, Shapiro, Krauthammer, Kristol, Sowell, Kelly....there's no shortage of losers when Trump wins.

Even from supposedly neutral types like O'Reilly, I'm seeing this same theme over and over in the media:

quote:
O'Reilly echoed voters' unease with Republican Donald Trump, saying that he is "completely untested in geopolitics" despite making "big promises to return prosperity" to the United States.

If being "untested in geopolitics" is worrisome, or disqualifying, why the hell have we suffered through 8 years of Obama?

Possibly, shaping up to be similar to 1980. A lot of folks blew that one as well. Probably hard to recognize if your part of the problem. I meant establishment.

I've got a few to add to that list once the election is over, no matter who wins. I do have to say that I look forward to seeing these shit stains on the Sunday morning talking head shows. I wonder if they'll be angry, disappointed, or in total asshole mode.

I had read long ago, that the origins of liberalism in MN goes back to the preponderance of Norwegian immigrants who settled MN back in the day. Apparently they tend to lean to Socialism. At least that's how the disease initially got it's start in that area of the country.

I agree but I don't see it happening. Comey may not even be the driving force behind this but just the messenger. There is a revolt going on in the FBI. Besides the horse is out of the barn firing Comey would have a even more of a negative effect on the Clinton campaign.
Don't think even Obama is this stupid. Everyone of them in that corruption cesspool are starting to sweat. They are grasping at anything now if they are seriously considering this.

I hate to get too hopeful but maybe what they found on Wiener's computer may be way too big for any of them to control.

The corruption is so widespread and the pressure is being turned up almost by the hour now. New reports cropping up everywhere.

Somebody is going to crack big time soon and try to save their ass.

Very interesting times indeed.

Para had it right on this. The big zero won't risk pulling a "Saturday Night Massacre" as Nixon did. Whatever legacy the zipper has at this point, he sure doesn't want to make that mistake. Also doubt Comey will be told to stand down, this time, by the DOJ or Administration.

Apparently the "losers" includes everyone who says, or has ever said, something you disagree with. I imagine the bracket also includes most Congressmen and Senators, judges, especially the Justices of the Supreme Court.

A pretty distinguished group, I'd say.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Do you have a problem? Is there a reason why you go out of your way to be an ass? I don't come here to try to pick juvenile fights.

Why do you? Maybe you should just ignore my posts?

In a last-minute effort to save Hillary Clinton’s bid for the White House, Barack Obama’s chief adviser, Valerie Jarrett, has urged the president to fire FBI Director James Comey, according to a source close to Jarrett.

“Valerie argued that Comey was interfering deliberately in the election process and had to be stopped,” the source said.

Nonetheless, “the president gave orders to convene meetings with his other top advisers over the matter,” the source continued. “And that’s how he and Jarrett left the matter for now.”

It’s no secret Obama harbors contempt for the FBI director. As quoted in “Guilty as Sin,” Obama fumes to Valerie Jarrett that appointing Comey was his “worst mistake as president.”

.”

Jarrett...will be so glad when that Psuedo-Iranian is gone. I despise her as much as Obama, Clinton and still believe she and Obama will have millions in their accounts from the Iranian hostage payoff once they are out of the White House.

A new Clinton attack tactic

Lisa Bloom cancels press conference said Jane Doe against Trump accuser has received threats and is too scared

Bloom said Doe is "living in fear, she has decided she is too afraid to show her face, she's been here all day."

"Unfortunately she is in terrible fear so we are going to have to reschedule."

Ben Shapiro was the biggest disappointment to me. Almost broke my heart.

O'Reilly never said any of that was disqualifying to be President. He was simply stating fact, that when Trump is elected, he will have the least political experience ever of any Presidential nominee. Quite a historical feat actually.

He was doing a comparison with Clinton in his talking points about the voters' choices. His analysis of Clinton was much harsher and presented a much more worrisome picture.

I'm reminded of a scene involving a now dead actor... It in involved terrible sickness and much coughing. Oh yeah, that's right, it was John Belushi in Animal House and it sounded a lot like that word used to describe that stuff that comes out of the backside of an intact male bovine.
