When the smoke clears from this election, there are going to be winners and losers. For now, we don't know who will be in which group. Well....mostly. Regardless of how this thing turns out, I see no way Paul Ryan comes out of this a winner. If Trump wins, he is immediately neutered as Speaker and the House will have no choice but to replace him when they reconvene. If Trump loses, his own fellow House Reps will roast him alive and his chance of remaining Speaker will be zero. No matter how it shakes, I see no way Paul Ryan remains Speaker when the new House convenes. He has made this bed. So be it. | |||

That denotes consent which completely eliminates any accusation of assault. Of course, we function rationally here. Virginia has never been a "swing state." We never had a realistic chance of winning Virginia. This is the best article I've seen regarding Trump's path to 270. One of the four actually does involve Virginia but it was always considered the least likely.
