These 2 pricks sat in congress and enabled obama after we gave the Republicans the House and the Senate. Ryan and McConnell forced voters to go with the wild man Trump because those 2 are political cowards and members of the establishment elite
I guess now we know for certain that the established political powers are all in to protect Hillary. This message has been edited. Last edited by: kimber1911,

The GOP is perfectly content to lose. Like the paid, no-name fighters in big-time wrasslin' back in the day. We've had years of the Issa, Gowdey, and Chaffetz show trials. Nothing has come of them. However, I guess it looks good back home and to the donors. The paychecks still come in. All you have to do is lose and make a show of it.
The GOP cannot control Trump like they can and will hILLary with her train of baggage. The GOP might have to actually do something for this country under Trump ... or get fired by the Donald. It sucks when you actually have to win. It takes effort. Effort the GOP has been unwilling to expend for years.
They don't think it be like it is, but it do.

I like Chaffetz and Gowdy, but they haven't been very effective in bringing justice while the federal agencies just piss all over them.
I know the agencies that should be investigating are not congress, but congress should lay the hammer down. Cut the IRS budget by 30%. Defund any FBI promotions for a year. Use the power of the budget.
Make these people feel some real pain. Might get a few underlings to come forward and tell is what really is going on.
The Republican Party, as an organization NEVER wanted to have anything to do with Trump. This has been true since he announced, and has been the case since. Republican primary voters shoved him down their throats.
You're completely correct. They can't control Trump, and likely would rather deal with the Hildabeast. I'm SURE the party money people would.

Originally posted by Mainframe Coder: Pence has backed out of Paul Ryan's event in Wisconsin today. I think it is probably a good decision. It would have just been a media circus to try to get Pence to say something.
In a related note, several GOP figures, Fiorina probably the most prominent, have asked Trump today to step aside and let Pence run against Hitlery. It's a little too late for that. We're way too deep in the water to try to change horses now. Regardless of who likes it or not, Trump is our horse until the end. This media frenzy will pass.
They're out of their minds, and using this as the latest excuse to try to subvert Trump, largely out of thinly veiled butthurt over the primaries and the threat to the status quo.
And the reason the primary voters "shoved him down their throats" is because the Republican party no longer worked for the people, but only for themselves. That whole democracy thing sucks sometimes huh?
May very well be true. But, since the Republican Party and it's (former) voter base essentially split, the Democrats are going to walk away with an election they the should have lost.
How happy are those primary voters going to be eating Hildabeast shit for at least four, and likely eight, years?

I heard Tucker Carlson tell an anecdote about Trump. Carlson made a derogatory comment about Trumps hair on msm. Trump left him a voice mail saying... Yes you have nicer hair than me , but I get pussy than you! Carlson thought it was hilarious. https://youtu.be/2Aq5Si9lrzE

So you can tell the future? Handed it to her huh? Bet you would love that wouldn't you. I've read enough of your posts to kmow you are a typical big government liberal. So quite frankly your opinion means about as much as that of the news media.
