You mean just like he's sabotaged himself into being the Republican presidential candidate by saying the same kinds of things for the last 14 months? Roll Eyes

I guess it just must be a fluke that he got this far without all the wise advice from people who know so much more than the poor, clumsy Donald.

As far as I'm concerned, Trump's statement is true, and I am far from alone.

I wonder- if Trump wins, are all the armchair quarterbacks going to admit there were wrong? Or is that the spot where you guys will decide to be quiet?

If he keeps on the latest reality TV schtick and gets elected (without something like Clinton withdrawing for legal or medical reasons happening) I'll be happy to openly and publicly apologize. In fact, I just made a calendar reminder to do so, set for December 20, 2016, the day after the Electoral College meets.

But if he continues in this vein and fails, I'll be busy preparing for the utter destruction of America under Clinton 2.0 to care if anyone apologizes to me.

While I hope that is true, I don't see any way that obama's DoJ will indict Clinton now.

My feelings are summed up here:

http://www.powerlineblog.com/a...inton-foundation.php

I’m speculating now, but I think I detect a pattern in Lynch’s handling of Clinton scandals. She makes a show of deferring to the FBI when she’s confident that the FBI’s determination won’t land Hillary in legal jeopardy (see the email scandal).

She (or her agents) says no to the FBI when the Bureau wants to take action that threatens Hillary (see the Clinton Foundation scandal).

If Lynch is auditioning for Attorney General in a Clinton administration, she’s passing with flying colors. Lynch seems like just the Attorney General Hillary will need.

One more small reason to vote Trump.

Clinton proposes to solve the obamacare problem w large deductibles.

How? Use the IRS to give tax payer $ away in an additional subsidy.

Americans w healthcare coverage would be eligible for a new refundable tax credit of up to $5,000 per family for those w substantial out-of-pocket costs.

This tax cut will be fully paid for by demanding rebates from drug manufacturers and asking the most fortunate to pay their fair share.

https://www.hillaryclinton.com...t-health-care-costs/

note the key phrase "refundable tax credit". This means the credit is given as a refund even if you paid zero income tax.

It is once again using the federal income tax / IRS as a welfare scheme

We could do a lot of good if we did away w "refundable tax credits". Let credits reduce your tax burden, but once your tax due hits zero, don't pay any of the credit.

Trump is doing what he's been doing for fourteen months! Where are all his challengers? Where are they?
We bitched in 2012 because Romney never took the gloves off, and here we have a scrapper who never bothered to put the gloves on in the first place before he started kicking ass and taking names. And yet (and I suppose predictably so) we have a contingent of voters who can't see what's really going on and who are seemingly impossible to please.

And don't you worry, 2340. You can have your cake and eat it, too, because if Trump loses, you get to cluck your tongue like the others and say "I told you so", as if you have your own personal crystal ball and just know, without any doubt, that Trump lost because he continued along the trajectory that brought him to where he is now. My God. Roll Eyes

I guess Trump never got the memo from all the political experts who know better than he.

Why in Hell would anyone apologize to you and the other Cruz-boys who helped Hillary win? You may or may not vote for Trump (we have no way of actually knowing if you do), but you have shown him absolutely NO support, and your messiah has worked (and is still working) tirelessly behind the scenes to torpedo the election for Trump.

You must be very proud.

Think you give Trump to little credit. If he already beat Cruz, what harm could he cause.

Cruz made it clear he plans to run in 2020, the feeling I get is he is eluding to the fact that Hillary wouldn't be THAT bad for 4 years and he can "fix" whatever damage she does after the next election. He would obviously run against her than Trump again, since we all saw how that worked out for him. It's complete bullshit in my opinion. The fact that anyone still supports him, or will support him in the future is disturbing.

Even when not mentioned, you guys somehow bring Cruz into the mix. Do you really like him that much that after he has lost and gone, you continue talking about him? How about we keep the focus on the only thing that matters right now? Trump winning the presidency.

as I see it we have two choices

and only two

Trump or the Hildebeast

now, you may not particularly like either but ask yourself the following questions

which one will pick the better staff and cabinet

which one do you think will pick better nominees to the US Supreme Court?

which one do you think is a better problem solver?

to me, its abundantly clear

I couldn't believe my ears this morning. The nitwit on the radio that has been so vehemently anti-Trump said, voice fairly dripping with derision, "We've been inundated with emails from people wanting me to stop piling on Trump and do a story on Hillary's emails. So, since we're fair and balanced here's (commentator) with this piece."

Which was, of course, "republicans say this points to collusion between the state dept and the Clinton Global Foundation, but really, this proves nothing.

Then he concluded with a super snarky, derisive "so there you go, a Hillary story. I'm sorry if it wasn't very interesting, but we try to do our best. Sure, stories about Trump's second amendment statement or the guy suction-cupping his way up Trump tower are more interesting, but this is what you wanted to hear about."

I'd like to to farm-hand that guy right in the face.

I'll thank you not to speak for me or put words in my mouth. What I said was that Cruz is still working behind the scenes to help Hillary defeat Trump. Those who continue to support Cruz will most certainly have a hand in Hillary's victory should she win.

If that is not clear enough for you to understand, I will use smaller words next time.

And... BTW... My messiah walked this planet over 2000 years ago and has nothing to do with this race.

Learn something about "context". He asked if Trump supporters would apologize to him "if" Hillary won. Hence my response.

No excuses. Do you deny that Cruz is working against Trump to this day? So Cruz, Kasich, the Bush clan, etc. are all working to help Hillary win. I'm sorry if the facts upset you, but I don't really care.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
