How many takes do you think were required for Biden's new commercial touting how much better he'll do in a crisis?

President Trump getting rid of a key player in the attempt to impeach him

https://theconservativetreehou...bananas/#more-188246

President Trump has sent a letter to congress giving them 30-days advance notice and informing them of the removal of Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson

former congressman Mark Meadows is now President Trump’s Chief-of-Staff; and Meadows has been a critic of those within the intelligence apparatus who attempted a soft-coup twice: Once by special counsel (Russia investigation) Robert Mueller; and once by impeachment (Ukraine investigation) using CIA operative Eric Ciaramella and NSC operative Alexander Vindman.

Trump needs to ban Acosta from the press briefings again, only this time permanently. He was really a douche bag at yesterdays briefing. I was hoping to see a SS agent escorting him out of the room. Maybe next time. Frown

Indeed, especially after today's press conference. President Trump ripped into Ciaramella without actually saying his name.

Didn't work the first time. So, it won't work the second time, as the commies will find a leftist judge who will order his reinstatement. Best way is not to point to him during any briefings. Just ignore the maggot. Are there any rules that require the President choose certain members of the press corps?

I doubt it. I don't think there are any rules that require a Press Briefing at all.

Perhaps now is a good time to move the Press Briefings from the West Terrace.

To the Old Executive Office Building or across the street to the White House Conference Center near Lafayette Square.

Then re-open the pool, swim laps Mr President.

Wrong approach. Don't ban Acosta, revoke CNN's press pass for the White House. That way it isn't personal for Acosta, and we don't have to deal with the next douchebag CNN would send if Acosta couldn't go.

Acosta is a hero to leftist assholes because he is a supreme leftist asshole. The more belligerent he is the better his producers like it. I think Trump is right to call on him. He is teeing him up. The more the guy talks the more people can see what a purveyor of yellow journalism CNN has become.

https://www.realclearpolitics....of_people_cheat.html

President Donald Trump said during Friday's coronavirus task force press conference that he would oppose the idea of using mail-in ballots in the November 2020 election, saying it would allow people to "cheat." He also added that Voter ID is "the real deal."

"I think a lot of people cheat with mail-in voting," Trump said. "I think people should vote with Voter ID. I think Voter ID is very important, and the reason they don't want Voter ID is because they tend to cheat."

"You should have a picture for voting," Trump said. "It should be called Voter ID, they should have that. And it shouldn't mail-in voting, it should be you go to a booth and you proudly display yourself."

I really prefer absentee ballot. In fact, Mrs slosig and I have been on permanent absentee ballot for years. Since I have multiple times had USPS take up to a month to deliver a piece of mail mailed in our smallish town to an address in our smallish town I always drop off my ballot at the county clerk recorder (almost always on Election Day when they have curbside drop off). I’d prefer that they asked for ID on drop off, but they don’t.

Easy to say when you are alive, a human, a U.S. Citizen of voting age, and don’t have a burning urge to vote multiple times and harvest votes.

This isn’t a serious issue.
It is simple.
Those that support Voter ID laws want fair elections.
Those that oppose Voter ID want to make it easier to cheat and stuff the ballot box.
