^^^ good analysis above.

IMO, it will all be theater from this point.

Unfortunately, I agree with your conclusion. Congress may put on a little show on Jan. 6 but they will end up going with Biden electors.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

If Jeff Flake can delay the Kavanaugh confirmation to investigate baseless accusations, I see no reason the Senate shouldn’t delay it’s vote in order to investigate irregularities in the election.

same here. extremely disappointed since he publicly said things that clearly demonstrated he knows how badly FBI /DoJ / CIA operated to bring down Donald Trump.

And one must be "willfully blind" to not see the profound election fraud in several key cities that threw the home state to Biden.

And also "willfully blind" to not see that the election fraud was coordinated across multiple states to operate in a synchronous manner w similar tactics.

I thought Barr was going to be a historic hero.

Welcome aboard guys! I've been paddling this boat by myself for at least a year now. I was hoping I was wrong but I don't see Bill coming around now.

Sidney Powell Claims She's Being Blocked From Trump

By Brian Trusdell | Tuesday, 22 December 2020 05:09 PM

Former U.S. attorney Sidney Powell, who has filed several lawsuits claiming fraud in the November election, says she has been denied access to President Donald Trump by senior White House officials since a meeting last week in which Trump suggested her as a special counsel to investigate voting irregularities.

"I haven't met or spoken with the president since Friday night," the Washington Examiner quoted Powell as saying. "The president knows this election was stolen, but he is not getting the support he, the Constitution, and the Republic deserve. His own people are misleading and undermining him while protecting their own careers and agendas."

The meeting in which Trump mentioned Powell, U.S. attorney for the western and northern districts of Texas and eastern district of Virginia from 1978 to 1988, included Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, White House counsel Pat Cipollone, and former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, who was Powell's client until he was pardoned by Trump.

The New York Times, quoting an anonymous individual who was told about the meeting, said the gathering was "raucous" and "involved people shouting."

"My efforts to educate Rudy on demonstrable foreign interference in the election including multiple CISA and FBI findings have been met with irrational hostility," Powell told the Examiner. "I have been blocked by White House counsel and others from seeing or speaking to the president since I raised the public formal findings and even more evidence of the foreign interference from Iran and China in this election."

Many of Powell's lawsuits have alleged systemic issues with election equipment software.

Giuliani has in recent days sought to distance the president from Powell. After a report on the possible special counsel push, he said on Newsmax: Let me say definitively that Sidney Powell is not part of our legal team. She hasn't been for five weeks. She is not a special counsel for the president, she does not speak for the president, nor does she speak for the administration. She speaks for herself.

Over 5,500 pages this omnibus stimulus bill was.
Signed but never read by many Republican Senators.

Seems President Trump is the only politician protecting the citizens from the wolfs.
Totally discussed with with all politicians and media pundits who have taken our country from us.

Trump Kicks Back $900 Billion COVID Relief Bill with These Demands for Congress

President Donald Trump on Tuesday evening said he would not sign the $900 billion COVID relief package that passed both chambers of Congress on Monday. Instead, he wants them to up the direct cash payment amount that Americans will receive and to cut out the unnecessary spending.

"Throughout the summer Democrats cruelly blocked COVID relief legislation in an effort to advance their extreme left-wing agenda and influence the election," Trump said, referencing the more than 40 times Republicans attempted to pass a relief package.

According to the president, Congress began negotiating a relief package that has taken "forever." The bill that passed both chambers of Congress, Trump says, "is much different than anticipated. It really is a disagree."

Trump referenced the bill, which is more than 5,000 pages in length, that members of Congress failed to read before passing.

"It's called the COVID relief bill but it has almost nothing to do with COVID," he explained in his address. "This bill contains $85.5 million for assistance to Cambodia; $134 million to Burma; $1.3 billion for Egypt and Egyptian military, which will go out and buy almost exclusively Russian military equipment; $25 million for democracy and gender programs in Pakistan; $505 million to Beliza, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama; $40 million for the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., which is not even open for business; $1 billion for the Smithsonian and an additional $154 million for the National Gallery of Art; ... $7 million for reef fish management; $25 million to combat Asian carpe; $2.5 million to count the number of amberjack fish in the Gulf of Mexico, a provision to promote the breeding of fish in federal hatcheries; $3 million in poultry production technology; $2 million to study the impact of downed trees; $566 million for construction projects at the FBI."

Trump also took issue with a measure in the bill that allows illegal aliens to receive up to $1,800 in stimulus checks, a combo of the first and second relief bills.

"Despite all of this wasteful spending and much more, the $900 billion package provides hardworking taxpayers with only $600 each in relief pay," the president explained.

Trump knocked the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, saying not enough money is being allocated to small businesses. He referenced the restaurant industry, which has been particularly hard hit by the pandemic and government-ordered lockdowns.

"Congress found plenty of money for foreign countries, lobbyists, and special interests, while sending the bare minimum to the American people who need it," he explained. "It wasn't their fault. It was China's fault."

The president is kicking back the bill to Congress and asking them to amend "the ridiculously low $600 to $2,000 or $4,000 for a couple." He's also asking Congress to get rid of the pork that's found in the bill.

BREAKING: Trump pardons 15 people, including George Papadopoulos and Duncan Hunter

https://justthenews.com/politi..._campaign=newsletter

President Trump pardoned 15 individuals on Tuesday, including George Papadopoulos and former Rep. Duncan Hunter, a California Republican.

In addition to the pardons, the president also issued some level of sentence commutation for five individuals.

"Mr. Papadopoulos was charged with a process-related crime, one count of making false statements, in connection with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into possible Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election," according to a statement from the press secretary regarding the president's grants of clemency. "At the time that Mr. Papadopoulos allegedly made the false statements, he was not represented by counsel, and, after he was arrested, Mr. Papadopoulos gave additional information on his prior statements to the Special Counsel. Today’s pardon helps correct the wrong that Mueller’s team inflicted on so many people."

Regarding former congressman Hunter, the statement noted that in 2019 he "pled guilty to one count of misusing campaign funds, an offense that could have been handled as a civil case via the Federal Election Commission, according to former FEC Commissioner Bradley Smith. He was sentenced to 11 months’ imprisonment set to begin in January 2021," the statement noted.

Well it does not sound like Trump had any intentions of invoking it anyhow. Jenna Ellis has advised him against it along with others. I have felt the past couple weeks he was going to have to invoke at least parts of the insurrection act or his 2018 executive order on voter fraud to give him the leverage he needed to prove his case and retain his rightful position as President. Short of that I don't see a real viable path.
