My letter to Senators Them Tillis and Richard Burr, and Rep. George Holding

“The future does not belong to the globalists but to the patriots”, and nearly 75 million of us echoed these words and voted on Nov 3, 2020 to re-elect President Donald J. Trump, a man who loves this Country.

There are thousands of reports of massive irregularities, computer errors and illegalities, and outright fraud. We the people of the United State elect the President, not the media, not the mob, not foreign actors, and certainly not meddling globalists or the “deep state”.

America faces too many existential threats, both foreign and domestic, and needs strong leadership now, more than ever. This is not the time to sit on our hands and say “Oh well, we’ll get ‘em next time.”

If this is still a government, for, by and of the people, please stand up for your fellow American patriots and for President Trump on January 6th 2021 and be our voice. Contest this travesty of an election and demand justice, demand truth.

Thank you

------

His pathetic and cowardly response (full text below)...clearly a form letter as my name was in a different font than the text was.

Basically, his response was Civics lesson 101, and that the deep state Just Us Department didn't find any evidence of fraud (BECAUSE THEY NEVER FUCKING LOOKED FOR IT!!!!) and the GSA gave money to the O'Biden transition team so it must be because they won fair and square...but I will continue to hide from doing my duty to the citizens of the state of NC and of the US because Im a politician not a patriot and won't ever stick my neck out for my principles BECAUSE I HAVE NONE EXCEPT TO STAY IN OFFICE!!

So, Fuck you Thom Tillis you RINO piece of shit...

-----------

Dear Mr. jimbojones

Thank you for taking the time to contact me about the November 3, 2020, general election and the presidential transition. I appreciate hearing from you.

Voting is a fundamental right of all American citizens who meet constitutional eligibility, and we must robustly protect that right and ensure that only votes cast by eligible individuals are counted. Under Article I, Section 4 of the Constitution the states – acting through their elected officials – are responsible for establishing election laws to protect the integrity of the democratic process and maintain public confidence in elections. It is not the role of the federal government to mandate a one-size-fits-all approach that fails to provide states with the flexibility necessary to administer elections in their state. For instance, when I was Speaker of the House in North Carolina, I pushed for a commonsense voter ID law to help prevent fraud and ensure the integrity and confidence of our voting process.

Over the past few weeks, I have heard from many North Carolinians about potential election fraud during the general election. President Trump and all other candidates for office have every right to request recounts and litigation to ensure state election laws were followed, just as other Democrat and Republican candidates have done before. On December 1, 2020, Attorney General William Barr stated that the Department of Justice has not uncovered any evidence of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election. Anyone who committed election fraud, voter intimidation, or voter suppression should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you would like to report an act of election fraud, voter intimidation, or voter suppression, contact information for the Offices of the U.S. Attorneys for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina can be found on the Department of Justice website: https://www.justice.gov/usao/f...ited-states-attorney. If you have any additional questions you can reach out to the North Carolina State Board of Election at: https://www.ncsbe.gov/voting.

The U.S. General Services Administration Administrator Emily Murphy released a statement on November 23, 2020, stating that she would be releasing $7.3 million in funds for the presidential transition to the Biden transition team. Ms. Murphy additionally stated that this decision to release the transition funds was made independently using public information and followed precedent from previous legal challenges and recounts. Lastly, Ms. Murphy noted that the GSA does not determine the outcome of legal action or recounts but does have to meet the requirements under the Presidential Transition Act of 1963.

On December 14, 2020, the Electoral College met to cast their votes for President. Each state receives a number of electoral votes equal to its representation in the House and Senate. For example, North Carolina receives one for each member in the House plus two for its Senators, so we have 15 electoral votes. To be elected President, a candidate must receive 270 electoral votes. Each state’s electoral votes are cast according to the state’s laws, most of which direct their electoral votes be cast for whichever candidate received the most votes in the state. North Carolina’s electors cast our 15 electoral votes for President Trump. However, in total Vice President Joe Biden received 302 electoral votes and President Trump received 232 electoral votes. Now that the Electoral College has voted, it appears that Vice President Biden is the presumptive President-Elect. However, I believe it is essential that all legal proceedings should continue to be reviewed by our justice system to ensure a fair election. Please know that I will continue to work with my Senate colleagues, and state and local officials to ensure elections remain secure and their integrity is upheld.

Again, thank you for taking the time to contact me about this important issue. Please do not hesitate to contact me again.

Sincerely,

Thom Tillis
U.S. Senator

Nice! Brought a smile to my face.

Most of you likely are thinking "well what the hell did you expect" and that is true...he really rose up 1 centimeter and met my extremely low expectations of him...

I’m in the weeds. What could happen on Jan 6th?

At this point I just want to shine a light on the fraud and go from there.

Then steal GA...h*ll, why not, after Nov. 3, a couple run-off's is child's play...not like anyone is going to stop them...because, what can you do about it? Vote? they'll steal/manipulate that. Write your congressmen? They're in on it. Protest? Yawn. Good luck with all that.

The House and Senate can dispute the election results. They break into their own chambers, debate and then vote. Unless some democrats in the house side with the Republicans then the house sides goes with Biden electors. The Senate would potentially go for the Trump electors. If Congress is split then the rules state the electors that were certified by each state are required to be selected. Biden would be the next President. If VP Pence refuses to certify the electors, my understanding is we would be in a constitutional crisis. That would undoubtedly get the USSC involved which I don’t think lands in our favor. IMO, it will all be theater from this point.

I never in my life would have believed this amount or fraud would ever be tolerated in my country. There is no distinction between Commie and Democrat, they are one and the same. The dueling ideologies trying to wrestle control of this country will never co-exist.

^^^ good analysis above.

Unfortunately, I agree with your conclusion. Congress may put on a little show on Jan. 6 but they will end up going with Biden electors.

If Jeff Flake can delay the Kavanaugh confirmation to investigate baseless accusations, I see no reason the Senate shouldn’t delay it’s vote in order to investigate irregularities in the election.

same here. extremely disappointed since he publicly said things that clearly demonstrated he knows how badly FBI /DoJ / CIA operated to bring down Donald Trump.

And one must be "willfully blind" to not see the profound election fraud in several key cities that threw the home state to Biden.

And also "willfully blind" to not see that the election fraud was coordinated across multiple states to operate in a synchronous manner w similar tactics.

I thought Barr was going to be a historic hero.

Sidney Powell Claims She's Being Blocked From Trump

By Brian Trusdell | Tuesday, 22 December 2020 05:09 PM

Former U.S. attorney Sidney Powell, who has filed several lawsuits claiming fraud in the November election, says she has been denied access to President Donald Trump by senior White House officials since a meeting last week in which Trump suggested her as a special counsel to investigate voting irregularities.

"I haven't met or spoken with the president since Friday night," the Washington Examiner quoted Powell as saying. "The president knows this election was stolen, but he is not getting the support he, the Constitution, and the Republic deserve. His own people are misleading and undermining him while protecting their own careers and agendas."

The meeting in which Trump mentioned Powell, U.S. attorney for the western and northern districts of Texas and eastern district of Virginia from 1978 to 1988, included Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, White House counsel Pat Cipollone, and former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, who was Powell's client until he was pardoned by Trump.

The New York Times, quoting an anonymous individual who was told about the meeting, said the gathering was "raucous" and "involved people shouting."

"My efforts to educate Rudy on demonstrable foreign interference in the election including multiple CISA and FBI findings have been met with irrational hostility," Powell told the Examiner. "I have been blocked by White House counsel and others from seeing or speaking to the president since I raised the public formal findings and even more evidence of the foreign interference from Iran and China in this election."

Many of Powell's lawsuits have alleged systemic issues with election equipment software.

Giuliani has in recent days sought to distance the president from Powell. After a report on the possible special counsel push, he said on Newsmax: Let me say definitively that Sidney Powell is not part of our legal team. She hasn't been for five weeks. She is not a special counsel for the president, she does not speak for the president, nor does she speak for the administration. She speaks for herself.

Trump Kicks Back $900 Billion COVID Relief Bill with These Demands for Congress

President Donald Trump on Tuesday evening said he would not sign the $900 billion COVID relief package that passed both chambers of Congress on Monday. Instead, he wants them to up the direct cash payment amount that Americans will receive and to cut out the unnecessary spending.

"Throughout the summer Democrats cruelly blocked COVID relief legislation in an effort to advance their extreme left-wing agenda and influence the election," Trump said, referencing the more than 40 times Republicans attempted to pass a relief package.

According to the president, Congress began negotiating a relief package that has taken "forever." The bill that passed both chambers of Congress, Trump says, "is much different than anticipated. It really is a disagree."

Trump referenced the bill, which is more than 5,000 pages in length, that members of Congress failed to read before passing.

"It's called the COVID relief bill but it has almost nothing to do with COVID," he explained in his address. "This bill contains $85.5 million for assistance to Cambodia; $134 million to Burma; $1.3 billion for Egypt and Egyptian military, which will go out and buy almost exclusively Russian military equipment; $25 million for democracy and gender programs in Pakistan; $505 million to Beliza, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama; $40 million for the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., which is not even open for business; $1 billion for the Smithsonian and an additional $154 million for the National Gallery of Art; ... $7 million for reef fish management; $25 million to combat Asian carpe; $2.5 million to count the number of amberjack fish in the Gulf of Mexico, a provision to promote the breeding of fish in federal hatcheries; $3 million in poultry production technology; $2 million to study the impact of downed trees; $566 million for construction projects at the FBI."

Trump also took issue with a measure in the bill that allows illegal aliens to receive up to $1,800 in stimulus checks, a combo of the first and second relief bills.

"Despite all of this wasteful spending and much more, the $900 billion package provides hardworking taxpayers with only $600 each in relief pay," the president explained.

Trump knocked the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, saying not enough money is being allocated to small businesses. He referenced the restaurant industry, which has been particularly hard hit by the pandemic and government-ordered lockdowns.

"Congress found plenty of money for foreign countries, lobbyists, and special interests, while sending the bare minimum to the American people who need it," he explained. "It wasn't their fault. It was China's fault."

The president is kicking back the bill to Congress and asking them to amend "the ridiculously low $600 to $2,000 or $4,000 for a couple." He's also asking Congress to get rid of the pork that's found in the bill.
