Rep. Matt Gaetz Says He Will Challenge Electoral College Votes on Jan. 6

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) said on Saturday that he plans to challenge electoral college votes when they are counted during a Joint Session of Congress on Jan. 6.

“So on January 6, I’m joining with the fighters in the Congress and we are going to object to electors from states that didn’t run clean elections,” Gaetz told a crowd during the first day of the Turning Point USA’s Student Action Summit.

Republicans in Congress are considering whether to join the effort to challenge the 2020 general election results. Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) initiated the push when he announced his intention to object to the electoral college votes come January, while several other Republican lawmakers from both chambers have remained open to participating in the effort.

Objections during the joint session must be made in writing by at least one House member and senator. If the objection meets requirements, the joint session pauses and each house withdraws to their own chamber to debate the question for a maximum of two hours. The House and Senate will then vote separately to accept or reject the objection, which requires a majority vote from both chambers.

If one chamber accepts and the other rejects, then according to federal law the “the votes of the electors whose appointment shall have been certified by the executive of the State, under the seal thereof, shall be counted.”

Several Republican senators have not ruled out the possibility of objection but have said that they would first monitor the developments regarding claims of voter fraud. Meanwhile, newly elected Alabama senator Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) has previously suggested that he may join the planned objection by members of the House of Representatives.

Gaetz during his speech said that moments before the event he had spoken to Tuberville, who told him that he plans on joining the effort.

“I had a chance to speak to coach Tuberville just moments ago and he says we are done running plays from the establishment’s losing playbook and it’s time to fight,” Gaetz said.

“Now coach Tubervillve went for it a lot on fourth down when he was coaching at Auburn. They called him the Mississippi riverboat gambler. The odds may be tough, it may be fourth and long but we’re going for it on January 6.”

The lawmakers are expected to face an uphill battle with critics arguing that the strategy of adopting the alternative Republican electoral votes is a long shot as many of those votes have not been authorized by state officials.

“Under the law, both the House and Senate would need to agree to object to the real electors and accept the fake electors,” Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) wrote on Twitter. “There is 0.00 chance the House reverses the election.”

On Dec. 14, Republican electors in seven states cast alternate votes for President Donald Trump, setting up a new challenge for Congress when it counts the votes next month. However, critics say that the Republican votes are merely symbolic and do not have the force of the law as they have not been certified by their state officials.

The Republicans said their rationale for sending dueling electors to Congress was to preserve Trump’s legal claim in the election as his team pursues legal challenges over the counting of what they say are illegal votes.

President Donald Trump and his allies have been building a case in the courts to ensure that all concerns about voting irregularities and alleged unconstitutional actions passed by state and election officials in the 2020 election are investigated to secure confidence in the election outcome for all.

His campaign and various third parties have launched a slew of lawsuits seeking to invalidate a portion of the ballots they say were cast under fraudulent circumstances or in contravention of state election laws or the U.S. Constitution.

Many of these cases have been tossed out by judges for procedural reasons, such as lack of standing to bring a case; lack of jurisdiction to sue; mootness, where there is no longer a controversy between the parties; and laches, where a judge ruled there was a lack of diligence in bringing a claim. Other judges were not convinced by the allegations presented.

REPORT: President Trump Met with Sidney Powell and General Flynn in Oval Office – Discussed Deploying Military, Naming Powell as Special Counsel on Election Fraud

The Associated Press reported earlier this week that President Trump has been asking about a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden and another special counsel to look into the Democrat voter fraud.

Attorney Sidney Powell reportedly met with Trump in Oval Office Friday evening where the President discussed naming Powell as special counsel to investigate massive Democrat voter fraud that took place in the 2020 election.

General Flynn also joined Sidney Powell on Friday and deploying the military was reportedly raised in the meeting but nixed.

According to the New York Times, Sidney Powell was at the Oval Office and Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani joined the conversation by phone where her potential position as special counsel was discussed.

Sidney Powell, a former federal prosecutor, has filed many lawsuits in several battleground states where the corrupt Democrat machine used illegal ballots to steal the election for Joe Biden.

Powell has fiercely gone after Dominion Voting Systems and revealed that they are actually designed to switch votes.

Powell and Giuliani have both alleged that the Dominion machines were flipping ballots from Trump to Biden — something that was proven in court earlier this week!

New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman added to her story in a tweet thread on Saturday and said General Flynn was also in the Oval Office with Sidney Powell.

Flynn reportedly suggested deploying the military.

Giuliani pushed the DHS to seize control of the voting machines to examine them for fraud, but apparently the DHS does not have the authority.

Wall Street Journal reporter Rebecca Ballhaus said deploying the military was raised in the meeting but was nixed.

It would renew the faith of the voters if just a few democrats objected as well.

On Saturday the internet was abuzz with reports that President Trump was going to impose martial law to expose the historic 2020 election fraud.

This came after news broke that President Trump met with Attorney Sidney Powell in the Oval Office Friday evening. President Trump discussed naming Powell as special counsel to investigate massive Democrat voter fraud that took place in the 2020 election.

General Michael Flynn also joined Sidney Powell on Friday. Deploying the US military was reportedly raised in the meeting but was nixed by Trump’s advisers.

But it was reportedly a raucous meeting.

President Trump set the record straight on Saturday night.

This does not mean that President Trump is throwing in the towel.

** Mark Zuckerberg could be investigated for his role in shady election practices.
** President Trump can bring in the inventor of the QR Code, IT expert Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, to conduct his scan on completed ballots.
** President Trump can order an investigation of the USPS trailers full of ballots that left New York for battleground state Pennsylvania.
** Trump can investigate and indict the organizers of the Atlanta ‘suitcase’ scandal.
** Trump needs to investigate the SolarWinds breach and if there is a connection to the 2020 election.

President Trump has many options.
But he must act.

The future of the country and Western world is at stake.

Joe Biden Appears to Outperform in Counties Using Dominion or HART Voting Machines: Data Analyst

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden outperforms in counties that use the Dominion or HART InterCivic voting machines, according to a data analyst.

“Analysis evidence suggests the use of the Dominion X/ICX BMD (Ballot Marking Device) machine, manufactured by Dominion Voting Systems, and machines from HART InterCivic appear to have abnormally influenced election results,” the data analyst wrote in a report that went public on Thursday.

The data analyst, who chose to remain anonymous for safety reasons, has 30 years of experience in data analysis, according to his profile reviewed by The Epoch Times.

In his research, he used voting data and 2017 census data to set up a baseline scenario to predict the election result. Then, he used the baseline model to compare the results of the November election.

The results show Biden falling above the prediction line in 78 percent of counties that use voting machines from those two companies.

His analysis also indicates that Biden consistently received 5.6 percent more votes in those counties than he should have.


“That should not happen … The counties using Dominion machines are clearly too high,” he said in a video introducing his research results. “That is a dramatic red flag in my opinion … something’s going on here.”

He said that the “plus 5.6 percent” pattern is not caused by the above-mentioned voting machines being widely used in strong Democratic counties, as it can also be found in counties that have strong support for President Donald Trump.

The research has not been peer-reviewed.

Hart InterCivic didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment from The Epoch Times. Dominion Voting System refused to comment on the results of the analysis. The company said that “courts of law across America have confirmed multiple times that there is no credible evidence to suggest any vote switching or fraud using Dominion Voting Systems.”

The analysis said he didn’t draw any conclusion on who caused the possible irregularities.

However, he believes that there must be a big scheme if the potential irregularities in his analysis have been caused by intentional activities.

“The patterns I’m seeing are across many counties—so my findings concern an organization with large-scale, national impact. That is, what I am seeing is not a local optical scan operator running a box of ballots through the system three times.”

He didn’t name any company or related party for wrongdoing.

We're almost seven weeks after the election, what's the purpose of confiscating the Dominion machines at this point? Surely enough of them have been tampered with for a lawyer to refute most, if not all claims of fraud. Seems like the machines should have been impounded by PDJT's team on 11/4.

It doesn't mean he's throwing in the towel, but those investigations aren't going to finish before this is final. It means our hopes rest with the courts, so we'll play this out for a few weeks, but the Biden team will probably get away with this.

The Trump campaign asked the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse some Pennsylvania Supreme Court decisions.

"Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., President Trump’s campaign committee, today filed a petition for writ of certiorari to the US. Supreme Court to reverse a trio of Pennsylvania Supreme Court cases which illegally changed Pennsylvania’s mail balloting law immediately before and after the 2020 presidential election in violation of Article II of the United States Constitution and Bush v. Gore," a campaign statement from Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani says.

"This represents the Campaign’s first independent U.S. Supreme Court filing and seeks relief based on the same Constitutional arguments successfully raised in Bush v. Gore," the statement notes.

President Trump has not conceded to Joe Biden, and says that the 2020 presidential election contest was tainted by fraud.

Couple things. One, I do not for a minute believe after 60 years of declining voter turnout, we all of a sudden saw a record high of 66.2% this year. the 13 million claimed fraudulent votes would have skewed the voter turnout numbers upward. Voter turnout might have been high in November, but not that high. Two, if I'm right and voter turnout was not as high as is claimed, then Biden lost by an even larger margin. Again, simple math.

This whole thing stinks to high heaven and the media's complete disinterest in it only proves (to me) there's truly validity to these claims.
