Why are anonymous sources allowed to make baseless accusations about Matt Gaetz but there's zero legal repercussions when they fail to produce any evidence backing their claims? What's stopping an anonymous "witness" from coming forward and saying she saw Matt Gaetz (or any other Trump pick) do x, y, and z? Rant over
