I don't think we really realize that winning hasn't really started yet and this fills me with joy.

Here is Ben Shapiro, once a Never Trumper and now optimistic and seemingly excited for a Trump presidency. Here, he goes over what may happen with the transition team and the future cabinet and positions. One tidbit I heard a few days ago and he mentions this- Trump is talking about taking whole federal departments out of D.C and locating them in other cities/states to separate the swamp components. I agree with this approach.

FEMA is trying to sweep it under the rug? The official has been fired without the person's name even being released according to FOX News from an unnamed FEMA spokesperson Deanne Criswell (edited to add name), but they also reported that Governor DeSantis is investigating it. Hopefully this will all be exposed before President Trump has to do it himself in January.

Regarding the PSA Trump lowers tatertodd referenced, there are several great suggestions for PSA upgrading them prior to manufacture:

Instead of "Fire" selector, change to "You're Fired!"

Even though not for full auto, add that position but label it "MAGA"

I thought I had read years ago that the Founding Fathers had this idea early on that the federal government would move every couple of years or something in order to prevent a bureaucratic swamp from being established in the first place. I think they even forsaw it back then. Never happened obviously but still an interesting concept.

I love Trump’s idea of a decentralized from DC government

Doesn't sound radical to me. Sounds like just what's needed. What we have now is radical.

President-Elect Trump Unveils Radical Education Reform Blueprint

The nation's educational landscape faces a potential transformation as Donald Trump prepares to return to the White House with ambitious plans for systemic changes.

According to ABC News, Trump's Agenda47 campaign outlines comprehensive reforms, including the elimination of the Department of Education, implementation of nationwide school choice, and significant changes to curriculum content.

The proposed changes would affect multiple aspects of America's educational system, from kindergarten through higher education. Trump's vision encompasses major shifts in federal oversight, teacher certification, and curriculum standards. The plan represents a fundamental reimagining of how education is delivered and managed across the United States.

Federal Education Authority Faces Major Overhaul
The Department of Education, established under President Jimmy Carter, currently manages crucial programs, including Title I funding for struggling K-12 schools and Pell Grants for undergraduate students in financial need. Trump's proposal to eliminate the department would significantly alter how these programs are administered. The former president's previous term saw attempts to reduce the department's budget by billions.

State-level control would replace federal oversight under Trump's plan, marking a dramatic shift in educational governance. This transformation would affect how schools receive funding, implement programs, and maintain educational standards. The change would represent one of the most significant restructurings of American education in decades.

The proposed reforms would impact millions of students who currently benefit from federal programs. These changes would require extensive coordination between state and local authorities to maintain educational services currently provided at the federal level.

Curriculum and Content Reform Takes Center Stage
Trump's educational vision emphasizes patriotic education and traditional values in American classrooms. The plan includes reintroducing prayer in public schools and expanding parental rights in education decisions. These changes align with recent Republican-led initiatives across various states.

The proposed reforms would establish new criteria for teacher certification, specifically focusing on patriotic values. A new credentialing body would oversee this process, ensuring educators align with what the campaign describes as the "American Way of Life." The reinstatement of the 1776 Commission would guide history education to reflect specific interpretations of American founding principles.

Content restrictions would extend to various subject areas, particularly affecting discussions of race, gender, and political topics. Schools featuring certain content could face federal funding cuts, potentially affecting thousands of educational institutions nationwide.

Teacher Employment and Higher Education Transformation
The proposed elimination of teacher tenure laws would fundamentally change educator job security across the nation. Currently, most states maintain tenure laws protecting teachers from dismissal without due process, though ten states have limited or no such protections.

Merit-based pay systems would replace traditional teacher compensation structures. While some research suggests positive outcomes from merit pay programs, debates continue about their effectiveness and fairness. The implementation would require significant changes to existing teacher evaluation and compensation systems.

Trump's higher education proposals include creating a new, tuition-free institution called the "American Academy." This university would be funded through taxes and fines collected from private universities, representing a novel approach to higher education funding and accessibility.

Mapping America's Educational Future
The projected changes to America's educational system under Trump's second term would affect every aspect of learning from elementary schools through universities. These reforms represent a dramatic departure from current educational policies and practices, with implementation planned to begin in 2025. The proposed dismantling of the Department of Education and establishment of new educational institutions and standards would require significant legislative action and coordination between federal and state authorities.

That depends, we had a local incident where an 82yo white knight woman chastised and assaulted two black women standing at an intersection with a Trump sign.

None of the local news outlets identified the races involved or the candidate the victims were supporting. Just that the assailant was ranting based on race, was arrested for hate crimes, and the victims being the skin color they were (again not identifying anyone’s actual skin color) should “know better” than to support a “conservative” candidate.

I had a pretty good idea of the races involved and the candidate, it was Fox News at national level that confirmed my suspicions identifying the relevant facts as well as obtaining PD bodycam footage of the cranky old bag essentially confessing to it all.
