Some voting machines in Kentucky are NOT ALLOWING voters to select President Trump.

Instead when they tap Trump, Kamala Harris ends up being selected.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court sides with GOP in last-minute mail-in ballot dispute
Pennsylvania is the top battleground over election policies

By Anders Hagstrom | Fox News
Published November 2, 2024 9:16am EDT

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court shut down an effort to allow mail-in ballots lacking a handwritten date to be counted in the 2024 election.

The ruling overturns a decision from a Commonwealth Court finding that the state law requiring a handwritten date was unconstitutional. The Pennsylvania GOP appealed that ruling to the state supreme court, and now undated mail-in ballots will not be counted in the upcoming election.

Justice Kevin Dougherty admonished the Commonwealth Court for its ruling in a forcefully-worded opinion relating to Friday's ruling.

"'This Court will neither impose nor countenance substantial alterations to existing laws and procedures during the pendency of an ongoing election.’ We said those carefully chosen words only weeks ago. Yet they apparently were not heard in the Commonwealth Court, the very court where the bulk of election litigation unfolds," Dougherty wrote.

"Today’s order, which I join, rights the ship. And it sends a loud message to all courts in this Commonwealth: in declaring we would not countenance substantial alterations to existing laws and procedures during the pendency of an ongoing election, we said what we meant and meant what we said," he continued.

Pennsylvania Republicans hailed the Friday ruling, saying Democrats have repeatedly tried to subvert the dating requirement.

"The Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld the law, and the dated ballot requirement will be in effect for this election. Democrats have repeatedly tried to eliminate this important ballot safeguard, and we have stopped them each time," RNC Chairman Michael Whatley said in a statement. "We are committed to protecting critical ballot safeguards to ensure every ballot is cast and counted properly and will continue to fight across Pennsylvania to Protect the Vote."

State officials in favor of allowing undated ballots to be counted argue the change would make process easier for election workers. The Pennsylvania Department of State filed a brief in favor of the change prior to the court's ruling on Friday.

"The requirement that county boards set aside mail ballots with declaration-date errors — and particularly the requirement that they set aside mail ballot envelopes with ‘incorrect’ dates — imposed a significant burden on county boards. Election workers must manually review every ballot envelope to determine whether it has a ‘correct’ date," the brief said, according to the Pennsylvania Capital-Star.

Friday's ruling was the second time this month that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has blocked Democrat-backed efforts to dismantle the dating requirement.

^^^ Wow! They have to actually READ the envelopes and determine if they are filled out correctly? OMG it's SO HARD!

What about the ballots, don't they have to read those too?

Michigan Election Data Shows Anomaly: Average of 2.5 Votes Per Voter

Evidence of voter fraud mounts in one crucial battleground state.

https://nationalfile.com/michi...2-5-votes-per-voter/

New Michigan election data indicates that 82,647 individuals cast 208,075 votes, averaging approximately 2.5 votes per person, suggesting an overcount of 125,428 votes.
According to Michigan Daily Absentee Voter Reports, there was a steady increase in multiple votes accumulating until Oct 28. The multiple-voting history was also removed from all but one.

Additionally, the Qualified Voter File (QVF) indicated that 114,545 Michigan voters had cast 279,113 ballots from various addresses within the state as of Tuesday. One person had even voted 29 times.

Wayne County has not publicly explained this massive excess of 164,568 ballots, but the addresses may reveal the sinister truth.

The first three addresses on the posted list — 10100 Harper Avenue — is a commercial building hosting the halfway house “Operation Get Down.”

Another four voters’ addresses — 8642 Woodward Avenue — are nonresidential, too. According to Google Maps, it is the address of the Detriot branch of Catholic Charities.

A third address of four voters — 14320 Kercheval Avenue — is the location of St. John’s Congregational Church.

Other addresses do not seem to be for housing, including 23 E Adams Avenue, which isn’t even a building but a statue. It is the William Cotter Maybury Monument.

RNC Co-Chair Lara Trump posted on X that “these duplicates were not and WILL NOT BE COUNTED.” Still, National File contacted the offices of Wayne County Clerk Cathy Garrett and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson to receive a nonanswer. A press release was said to come “soon.”

Michigan State Rep. Josh Schriver told National File, “They won’t even answer formal letters from elected Representatives such as the one I sent to the Auditor General on 10/10.”

Schriver said, “After 18 days of zero response, I decided to post it publically a couple [of] days ago.”

In the letter, he calls for the Auditor General to clamp down on voter fraud in Michigan, requesting an audit of the Qualified Voter File (QVF) to remove illegal immigrants from the voting database.

With this lack of transparency and open communication from Michigan’s state government, concerns about election integrity have heightened. Anxiety seemingly will continue to grow as we head into the final days of the election

Of course there are no laws that allow for this, and of course it would suck to disenfranchise legitimate voters in any state, but when one sees stuff like this, one thinks, “Too bad that there isn’t a law where, upon proof of this type of corruption, the state vote is simply tossed out. “Sorry, your election process is corrupt as heck, clean your stuff up and maybe your vote will count next time. Btw, we suggest the death penalty for anyone caught cheating, whether as part of the election staff or random double and triple voters. Maybe such laws will help you clean up your act. Either way, it’s up to your state to figure out your problem.”

Of course, one doesn’t have to think about that fantasy for an eighth of a second to realize the GDCs (Thanks JALLEN!) would move cheating operations into red states to get red state votes tossed. Sigh, no easy answers.

The problem is the never ending stream of money that goes to all of these pro-democrat organizations. I'm convinced most of it is from the federal government. The non-profits and NGO's that are paid to implement whatever program congress legislates are instead spending it on democrat advocacy.

After he wins, Trump needs to hire a huge team of forensic accountants to dig in and find out and then prosecute the offenders.

This is a really good video, and it even explains how to check your ballot if you vote by mail and make sure it has been received. Hopefully states will be forced to clean up their elections in the future.

I don't watch network news and haven't for years now. Given this breaking story I wanted to see what was out there.

As expected "False MAGA claims of voter fraud setting stage for Trump to contest election" on every channel, every network.

And seems the past few days they are claiming Harris is gaining in the poles…

Setting up to claim that a Harris win would be legitimate based on polling.

Given Biden’s gaff’s, her continuing dismal performance, increased dem to republican defections, etc. not sure how these supposed gains are believable.

Possible, but a big reason to put out polling showing your candidate is doing well is to bring out the voters. Someone who is not sure they want to go on record supporting a candidate (even secretly on a ballot) may decide to jump on the winning bandwagon.

That's why they have fake, paid rally attendees and try to show how popular Harris is. Really it is part of why Trump's team likes to show how big his rallies are.

It's all part of the marketing.
