Her comment: this is the first time she has had the chance to see Trump discussing issues in detail, showing off his breadth and depth of knowledge of business and economics--yet with his trademark humor. Note he congratulated his interviewer at the end "Good job!" Trump looked into Micklethwaite's background, went knowingly into the lion's den. But contrary to venues like the Black journalist's association, his audience was in his pocket. A comment on X was very appropriate:

Trump knew this going in. Trump said during the interview that he looked into this guy so he obviously had this knowledge prior to the interview. Trump could have clubbed him like a baby seal with this info in his back pocket but never even gave a hint in regards to this. He didn't need to he owned this guy the entire time. Well worth the time to watch the entire interview. Watch this interview and then try to imagine Kamala or Walz expound on these subjects.
