I agree with this.

What about the damage the virus itself has done. Not the just the jab.
Many who have got it and did not take a jab still have related issue's from it.

So it makes sense to me fauci and those responsible for creating and unleashing it should be the first to pay. High trees and short ropes to get the party started.

The 1986 vaccine immunity law is the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA). Passed by Congress, it protects vaccine manufacturers and healthcare providers from civil liability for most vaccine-related injuries or deaths.

These injections are labeled as vaccines, even though they had to change the definition of vaccine to call them such.

While the manufacturing companies may have immunity for the "vaccine", that shouldn't stop employees from suing employers for the lost jobs, wages, and other damages from over abusive corporate rules forcing the jab on them...

Those of us who refused the jabs tried to warn people of the risks, the lies, and the opinions of extremely highly qualified scientists and doctors. We were censored and banned from public venues. We were ridiculed. We were shamed. We were ostracized. We were even threatened in numerous ways, from loss of career to actual physical harm.

What an insult to demand we pay damages to those people.

The irony with Moderna is that they did not mandate "the jab" for their employees. Go figure.

Germany Stops Recommending COVID-19 Vaccination for Most People Younger Than 75

Experts said the change was due to high levels of ‘hybrid immunity.’

Germany has updated its COVID-19 vaccination recommendations, advising most people younger than 75 not to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.

Germany’s Standing Committee on Vaccination, which offers vaccine recommendations for the country, on July 9 said in a 33-page document that its stance on COVID-19 vaccination was changing “to reflect the current epidemiological situation and the population’s immune status.”

The committee, known as STIKO, stated: “A large proportion of the adult population now has hybrid immunity, characterised by exposure to a variety of antigenic contacts, and is therefore sufficiently well protected against severe cases of COVID-19.

“This also applies to healthy pregnant women. Consequently, the recommendation to achieve baseline immunity for the adult population (including pregnant women without underlying conditions or pregnancy-related complications) is no longer applicable. In [the] future, the standard vaccination recommendation will apply to those ≥ 75 years of age.”

STIKO’s recommendations are advisory but form the basis of guidance adopted by states and the Federal Joint Committee’s vaccination directives. STIKO is made up of members from the Robert Koch Institute, with members representing specialties such as pediatrics and virology.

In January, STIKO’s updated immunization schedule advised people aged 60 and older to receive a COVID-19 vaccine annually and people aged 18 to 59 who had not received a shot in the past to receive one, including women of childbearing age and pregnant women, and people who had not achieved at least three antigenic contacts for baseline immunity or a combination of at least three prior shots and COVID-19 infections.

STIKO also recommended COVID-19 vaccination for people aged 6 months and older with specific conditions that the committee stated increased their risk of serious illness, such as chronic liver disease and obesity, as well as family members and close contacts of people in whom COVID-19 vaccination was not likely to produce a protective immune response.

In the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in January rolled back COVID-19 vaccine recommendations, but a federal court blocked the update. An appeal is ongoing.
Four categories of changes precipitated the updated advice, STIKO stated on July 9, including that much of the adult population has hybrid immunity.

STIKO also found that severe cases of COVID-19 during pregnancy have become “very rare”; that COVID-19 case numbers, hospitalizations, and deaths have been steadily declining; that deaths are happening mostly among people aged at least 75 years; and that a seasonal pattern of COVID-19 has become established, with cases peaking in the late summer and early fall.

While removing the general recommendation for most of the population younger than 75 years of age, STIKO is still recommending vaccination for people at increased risk due to underlying illnesses, including pregnant women.

Rand Paul has made criminal referrals to the DOJ.
I don't know if they have the political will to follow through though, in light of the Auto-pen pardon. I think the blanket pardon would crumble under scrutiny but SCOTUS would have to weigh in.
