Nah, he will play the delay game hard. His lawyers will file endless motions and appeals to friendly courts to stretch things out as long as possible.

Fauci is an old man. It won't be long before he will be seen, according to the narrative, as a sympathetic old man with failing health. Like with Biden, he'll get a pass for it.

Unfortunately... this is likely.
It would take a whole lot of effort to hold him accountable. Rand Paul has done his part exposing, and referring to DOJ. But, some would call that just theater.
It's more likely that prosecutors simply "move on".

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

“Fauci and the entire government institution of healthcare were aware that vaccinating pregnant women in the first trimester would result in 82% of the patients having spontaneous abortions (miscarages). However, they needed the narrative of “safe and effective” so they created a pressure campaign against OBGYN doctors to force them to support vaccinations of pregnant women.”

The truth always comes out. Sometimes, it takes decades. Thankfully, in this case, we're getting the facts relatively quickly.

I'm certain there's far more to come.

I find it amusing that he writes his little book or diary or what ever he calls it. Thinking in his mind it is really something. Something to be proud of and something to rub in the face of those that saw the whole thing for what it was right from the start.
I don't know when, where or how but his little memoir will be the final chapter in his book and it ain't gonna have a happy ending.

Sometimes it takes horrible examples that stick to your brain to make you weary of things in the future.
My Wife and I never bought into the Covid shot sales pitch or the stupid reasoning for the other "preventatives" that were forced down everyone's throat.
I don't know why my Wife did not buy into it, but I sure remember what caused me to resist the shot.
I went to grade school with a girl that was horribly disfigured. I could over hear my parents talking about it and I will never forget what they said to themselves.
They said the Mother of that child had taken Thalidomide while pregnant, an approved drug at the time for morning sickness. There was a huge worldwide scandal when its side effect was discovered.
After watching that girl for multiple years in school suffer from her deformities from a drug
I became suspicious about anything a Doctor advised I should take.
When I heard the huge sales pitch for the relatively UN-tested covid shot my resistance peaked.

C'mon, guys...don't believe stats like that, that are obviously untrue.

That site is misrepresenting the data.

Quick Google search says: Out of 827 completed pregnancies tracked early in the rollout, 104 resulted in miscarriages. Commentators restricted the denominator to only 127 women who were vaccinated specifically during the first 20 weeks of pregnancy (104 ÷ 127 ≈ 82%).

This calculation is mathematically flawed because it counts miscarriages that occurred during the first trimester but completely excluded the hundreds of women who were also vaccinated in their first trimester but had not yet given birth when the preliminary study snapshot was taken. When researchers tracked those pregnancies to completion, the actual miscarriage rate was completely normal at 11.4% to 13.9%..."

I remember the Thalidomide disaster watching the news during the late 50's early 60's.

The United States actually had very few cases as the FDA did not approve it for general use as it did not have enough testing done. Something like that. There were plenty of lawsuits in other countries though.

Within our family and close friends we know of a lot of serious birth defects, infertility, and miscarriages in young women who received jabs. Many more than in all the decades prior to the jabs.

Fauci should be killed with a million needles. Modern day Mengele.

Yet they are still pushing mRNA in flu shots. I never had the flu and I never had a flu shot. I will never get one.

I am so happy I rode it it out and got a religious exemption and refused the shot.

The only time I had the "flu" was in the early 2000's. H1N1 maybe. In hindsight there are credible experts claiming it was of lab origin and probably an unintentional leak.

Fauci Declines Second Senate Testimony Request

Dr. Anthony Fauci on Friday declined a request to appear voluntarily before a second Senate panel after the Homeland Security Committee voted along partisan lines last week to hold the longtime infectious disease expert in contempt of Congress.

In a pointed letter to Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., a lawyer for the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases said any effort to compel him to appear before a Senate subcommittee after a contentious July 29 hearing would "impermissibly harass or degrade Dr. Fauci for political purposes."

At the July hearing on his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination 100 times, prompting the Aug. 6 contempt vote and setting up a referral to the Department of Justice over whether his refusal to answer questions constituted contempt of Congress.

Homeland Security Committee Chair Rand Paul, R-Ky., who pressed for the contempt finding, said the constitutional protection did not apply because then-President Joe Biden had issued Fauci a preemptive pardon, which Paul argued eliminated the risk of prosecution.

Paul has long accused Fauci of misleading the public during the pandemic; the July hearing was the latest in a series of highly publicized confrontations between the two. Paul has repeatedly called for Fauci to be prosecuted and imprisoned.

Johnson, chair of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, had sought to open a parallel avenue of congressional investigation about Fauci's role in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, including the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines.

It's bigger than that. Multiple groups, probably not in a large coordinated effort, want to cull the human herd.
