That may well be the case, with all the hype about the dangers of breathing or touching the drug, seeing and touching it may have set off a massive panic attack...

Hard to say as others have indicated until you see lab reports.

No proof presented the Narcan actually had in effect here. I have seen this on the street repeatedly...somebody finds a passed out person maybe with ineffective breathing, fills their nose with Narcan, person wakes up, and we call it a save.
