We didn’t have the 24/7 agenda driven news coverage back then.

Maybe I missed it, but I don't recall hearing anything from Gretta or John Kerry about this.

If anything good can possibly come of this it's exposing the lie and fraud of climate change the media and environmentalists have fed us as nothing more than a trojan horse to impose communism.

This is a bonafide environmental disaster, but the usual in-your-face environmentalists seem kind of quiet.

If this would've been a pipeline leak, the MSM would have 24/7 on the scene coverage. It kind of makes you wonder.

Now that you mention it, I don't think that I've ever seen a photo of Dr. Jill with a stethoscope.

I lived 40 miles from TMI at the time, and everybody I knew was young, just starting a family, and too busy working our asses off to be bothered with a nuclear accident way up in the Harrisburg area.

Donald Trump visited East Palestine today and brought with him trucks loaded with 13 pallets of bottled water for the folks still there, 14,000 bottles.

Interesting fact:
The major shareholders of Norfolk Southern Railroad, Vanguard & Blackrock; also happen to be in the top 10 shareholders of all the parent corporations of the evening & cable news- ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, and Fox.

Scroll down to pages 4-8 of the report.

Blackrock advertises on television. I do not care about their media involvement. My main concern is that Blackrock has its slimy hands in healthcare. Cost costing without concern for quality of care.

Actually he did a credible job. His nuclear background helped a lot.

But he only went to TMI at the urging of Stuart Eizenstat, his domestic policy chief. Up to then his response seemed to be distant, somewhat concerned but not greatly.

Crisis At Three Mile Island, a Washington Post special report from 1999 discusses the response in chapter 10.

I must defer to you on details. It was something I heard third hand. I was busy with a move at that point and lived a good distance away. At least he showed up.

I’ll give President Carter that, he did show up.

I was still in the Detroit area at that time but had a friend that was in Harrisville proper at that time and from my memory was not too enamored with either the state or federal response to it.

President Trump traveled to East Palestine, Ohio today, telling the community they will not be abandoned nor forgotten as they cope with the fallout of a devastating train derailment and toxic chemical spill.

Raw video of President Trump talking to local residents surfaces, showing how much respect and appreciation the people of the region have for him showing up to show his support. This area of Ohio is deep MAGA Trump country. The crowd shouts, “We love you“, as President Trump provides his thanks, encouragement and support.

President Trump was joined by various local officials as well as Ohio Senator JD Vance.
WATCH:

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
-- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

"The United States government is the largest criminal enterprise on earth."
