Towing an active emergency vehicle with the lights active isn't going to fare too well with the feds. It at minimum will be grand theft, at worst aggravated assault. I hope it's both. ____________________________ Eeewwww, don't touch it! Here, poke at it with this stick.

In Michigan, if you have a valid CPL, you can put down wild pigs. I would think the same should apply for any of these Trendy Arugula animals.

Illegal Alien Influencer Who Allegedly Doxxed ICE Agents Arrested On Live Stream https://www.zerohedge.com/poli...arrested-live-stream Chaos ensued during the arrest of illegal alien influencer Tatiana Martinez in while she was live streaming from her car in Los Angeles. Martinez, known for tracking ICE agents and using her TikTok account to alert protesters to the locations of their arrests, is a Colombian citizen who entered the US in 2022 according to DHS. She was released into the country by the Biden Administration along with millions of other illegals. According to DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin, Martinez was arrested for a previous DUI conviction in Los Angeles. This makes her a prime target for deportation under Donald Trump's crackdown on migrants. During the arrest, Martinez is on video in her Tesla (how she was able to afford a Tesla as an illegal immigrant in the US for only 3 years is an interesting mystery). She can be seen fighting and screaming in Spanish (because she apparently can't speak English) and her wig falls off in the scuffle. She attempted to use the classic "I can't breath" claim as a way to get medical intervention and delay her deportation. Following the incident, Martinez was transported to White Memorial Hospital and subsequently transferred to a downtown detention center. She is now being held by ICE pending her removal from the US. The ICE operation was briefly interrupted when a man driving a tow truck tried to steal a government vehicle. Reports have been widespread on a growing group of tow truck drivers who stalk ICE operations in LA and tow their cars as they are initiating arrests. Leftist media outlet Newsweek claimed last month that the reports of these trucks were "exaggerated", and yet here is another well documented example of a federal vehicle being snatched by a tow truck operator during an arrest (and another example of the progressive media providing spin to protect activists). DHS says they have recorded a 1000% increase in assaults on their officers since they began Trump's mass deportation program. Los Angeles has been a hub for activists seeking to sabotage the removal of illegals, with California officials actively instigating riots and attacks on ICE agents. Trump's use of the National Guard in the area was in direct response to a rising tide of violence which Democrats refused to address. Things are going to change in LA whether progressives like it or not. The lesson here is, if you're an illegal immigrant in the US then perhaps don't draw attention to yourself with a TikTok page doxxing ICE agents and their operations, especially when you have a previous DUI conviction. Southern California is no longer Northern Mexico and no longer the safe haven that illegals enjoyed in 2024. _________________________

Start impounding the Tow Trucks and hold them for a long, long time, Arrest the driver, have the friendly IRS agents look into the company. That shit will S.T.O.P. real quick! ______________________________________________________________________ "When its time to shoot, shoot. Hmmm, I’m thinking arresting a tow driver for auto theft along with aiding an abetting the illegal, obstruction, and anything else they can make stick. Multiple felonies, good bye CDL, 5-7 years in prison would send a hell of a message to these idiots. What part of "...Shall not be infringed" don't you understand???

These tow truck drivers are either acting without authority from their employer or said employer is ordering them to hook up federal law enforcement vehicles while engaged in official duties. If the latter, arrest those giving the drivers their marching orders. It shouldn’t be too hard to figure out how high up the chain the blame goes. “Remember to get vaccinated or a vaccinated person might get sick from a virus they got vaccinated against because you’re not vaccinated.” - author unknown

Sounds like it's time to run a sting operation on the tow trucks, setup a run to get an illegal, and have a second crew ready at the pickup point to trap the tow truck. Arrest and I'll bet deport the driver, and seize the truck, do it several times, if it's the same company hiring an illegal to run a tow truck, lower the boom on the owners. Even better, raid the tow truck company for illegals at a shift change when all the drivers are on the lot, any out in the wild should be stopped and checked for illegal status, arrest them, impound the trucks.

D.C Grand Jury Refuses To Indict Sandwich-Throwing Former Justice Employee https://www.zerohedge.com/poli...mer-justice-employee In 1985, Sol Wachtler, the chief justice of New York’s Supreme Court, famously said, “Any good prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.” Perhaps, but it appears that indicting someone for throwing a ham sandwich may be tougher than it would appear. A grand jury has reportedly refused to indict Sean Charles Dunn, 37, shown on video shouting obscenities at Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents standing near 14th and U streets on Aug. 10. and then striking an officer with a wrapped sandwich. Daina Henry, a transit police detective, gave the details of the incident in a criminal complaint. Dunn at first walks away before returning and continuing a profane diatribe against the officers, who remain calm. It shows Dunn raving, “F**k you! You f**king fascists! Why are you here? I don’t want you in my city!” Dunn then throws his sandwich at officers and runs away with officers in close pursuit. Dunn appeared to shrug off the incident, saying “I did it. I threw a sandwich.” It is a little more than that. I assume that the charge is brought under 18 U.S. Code § 111 – Assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees: (a)In General.—Whoever— (1) forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates, or interferes with any person designated in section 1114 of this title while engaged in or on account of the performance of official duties; or (2) forcibly assaults or intimidates any person who formerly served as a person designated in section 1114 on account of the performance of official duties during such person’s term of service, shall, where the acts in violation of this section constitute only simple assault, be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both, and where such acts involve physical contact with the victim of that assault or the intent to commit another felony, be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both. (b)Enhanced Penalty.— Whoever, in the commission of any acts described in subsection (a), uses a deadly or dangerous weapon (including a weapon intended to cause death or danger but that fails to do so by reason of a defective component) or inflicts bodily injury, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. The District of Columbia is known as one of the most Democratic and liberal jury pools in the country. However, this may be a case of overcharging in the eyes of the jury. As I previously noted, a sandwich is not a “deadly or dangerous weapon” (It is more of a deli weapon). Moreover, there was no infliction of bodily injury in the case to justify an enhanced penalty. U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro promised a maximum effort and punishment for Dunn. She posted “He thought it was funny. Well he doesn’t think it’s funny today because we charged him with a felony: Assault on a police officer. ‘So there, stick your Subway sandwich somewhere else!’” The jury may view this as, at most, a simple assault. There remains the question of who revealed the vote of the grand jury. There is reportedly an inquiry into the possible violation of the grand jury secrecy rule. There is a basis for a criminal charge for assault. A refusal to indict even on a lower offense would, in my view, be a form of jury nullification. The question is whether Pirro will now seek the lower charge. She should do so. Law enforcement officers are not some dunk-tank targets for any citizen with rage issues. There needs to be consequences, even if only a misdemeanor charge. As I previously noted, “Dunn created this incident and wanted the notoriety. He succeeded. I expect that there will be a GoFundMe effort to cover his legal costs and he will enjoy a certain celebrity status. However, while this is not a significant assault, it is an assault on an officer. While he may have been a protester, neither he nor his sandwich qualifies as a hero.” Dunn has already been fired from his position at the Justice Department. He should also have a criminal charge to go with his infamous assault on officers. _________________________
