Wonder if was he an independent operator or part of a larger company. If so then go after that company and check on the immigration status of all their drivers and staff.

I just saw that on X. This kind of thing makes me so happy. Law enforcement doing law enforcement shit, and not letting antisocial behavior simply go by.

California Professor Indicted for Assaulting Federal Agents During Marijuana Farm Raid

https://www.breitbart.com/bord...marijuana-farm-raid/

A federal grand jury indicted a professor at California State University Channel Islands who is charged with throwing a tear gas canister at federal agents executing a search warrant at a marijuana farm in Camarillo this summer. The grand jury returned the indictment on Wednesday.

Jonathan Caravello, 37, of Ventura, California, is charged with one count of assault on a federal officer using a deadly or dangerous weapon. Caravello, who is free on $15,000 bond, is expected to be arraigned in the coming weeks in the United States District Court in Los Angeles.

According to the indictment and court documents previously filed in this case, on July 10, federal agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and United States Border Patrol executed a high-risk search warrant at a marijuana farm sitting on a 160-acre property in Camarillo. A group of protesters gathered near law enforcement personnel around the farm’s entrance and used their bodies and their vehicles to impede law enforcement from exiting the location.

According to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of Los Angeles, protesters became violent, throwing rocks at the government vehicles attempting to depart the location because of the danger posed by the protesters. The thrown rocks broke windows and side-view mirrors, among other damage to the government vehicles driven by authorities participating in the immigration enforcement action.

The indictment indicated law enforcement agents on the scene in Camarillo deployed tear gas to assist with crowd control and ensure officer safety. The measure also allowed law enforcement to depart the location. Border Patrol agents rolled tear gas canisters by protesters’ feet at which time the indictment alleged Caravello ran up to one of the canisters and attempted to kick it. After the canister rolled past him, Caravello turned around, ran towards the canister, picked it up, and threw it overhand back at Border Patrol agents.

Border Patrol agents eventually arrested Caravello, who continuously kicked his legs and refused to give agents his arms during the arrest.

I'm not really surprised, Korean's do this quite a bit. The irony is that in a way both North and South Korea send their people overseas to work in construction to not only generate remittance for the motherland but to cut labor costs with their projects.

South Korea says deal reached with US for release of workers detained at Georgia auto plant

https://justthenews.com/govern..._campaign=newsletter

The South Korean government announced on Sunday that it reached a deal with the United States to secure the release and repatriation of over 300 of its citizens who were detained during a sweeping U.S. immigration enforcement action at a Hyundai manufacturing plant in Georgia.

A charter flight will be arranged when all administrative steps are finalized, according to presidential chief of staff Kang Hoon-sik.

The immigration enforcement operation took place on Thursday when U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested 475 individuals, mostly Korean nationals, at a Hyundai electric vehicle battery plant shared with LG Energy Solution near Ellabell, Georgia.

The Guardian reported that the operation was the largest workplace immigration raid targeting a single site in the history of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Well, it’s starting here in Chicago.

The local, neighborhood “Karens” are taking pictures of ICE agents in their vehicles (regular cars, not like a marked police car) and posting them and the address on social media.
The rest of the neighborhood “Karens” come out and act like typical assholes, beeping horns, flipping them off, yelling, screaming….

Phone calls are made real quick to aldermen, mayor’s office, then from there, my bullshit starts-
Mayor’s office calls the Superintendent, he calls the chief of patrol (who’s favored form of communication is screaming) and expects immediate answers, Chief of patrol calls my district commander (who doesn’t like being yelled at), Commander calls a Lt, and a Sgt…

Yeah, real fun… Frown

This coming weekend is Mexican Independence.
Boy-o-boy do they act like assholes!
Blocking traffic all over downtown, Little Village and my district! Drinking, partying in the streets, sporadic gunfire, fights, cars doing donuts in the middle of intersections.

If the National Guard does come, they are going to have an eye opening experience.

California Assembly Passes Bill Targeting Federal Officers Who Wear Masks

https://www.breitbart.com/poli...cers-who-wear-masks/

The California State Assembly passed a bill Tuesday aimed at federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) that makes it a crime for any law enforcement officer to wear a mask in the course of his or her duties.

SB 627 “would make it a crime for a law enforcement officer to wear a facial covering in the performance of their duties,” and specifically applies to federal officers as well, though the state lacks jurisdiction over them.

“The bill would define a law enforcement agency for these purposes as any entity of a city, county, or other local agency, that employs anyone designated by California law as a peace officer, any federal law enforcement agency, or any law enforcement agency of another state,” the preamble to the law states.

The language specifically excludes state police, such as the California Highway Patrol (CHP), who are currently providing protection to former Vice President Kamala Harris. Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) assigned CHP officers to protect Harris after President Donald Trump declined to extend her Secret Service protection.

The bill is clearly aimed at ICE officers, and states that “the routine use of facial coverings by law enforcement officers has significant implications for public perception, officer-community interactions, and accountability,” adding that masks “should not obscure officer identity or hinder accountability.”

Critics of masks say that they are “un-American,” but also claim that protesters who wear masks at violent demonstrations are simply exercising their First Amendment rights and are at risk of being punished.

ICE uses masks because of intense, violent opposition from radical left-wing groups to immigration enforcement — opposition that is often encouraged by elected Democrats, such as Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker, who specifically asked members of the public to film ICE officers in the course of their duties. The masks are deemed necessary to prevent such efforts from targeting ICE officers and their families in their private lives.

California legislators acknowledged that they probably do not have the power to enforce SB 627 against federal officers, but passed it anyway and sent it to the State Senate.

The bill passed 44-29. Gov. Newsom has not commented on it.

Ironically, California had some of the most draconian mask mandates during the coronavirus pandemic, requiring people who were not sick or at risk to wear masks in almost every setting outside their homes.

The bill was co-sponsored by State Sen. Anthony Weiner (D-San Francisco) — who often authors the state’s most radical legislation, including a “sanctuary state” law for transgender surgery, and another law (since repealed) that decriminalized loitering, which led to an explosion in child prostitution and exploitation.

The California bill is part of an ongoing nationwide campaign by left-wing groups to force ICE officers and other federal law enforcement officers to abandon masks, precisely so that officers can be targeted personally.
