Every last palestinian prisoner needs to be returned in body bags.
Unceremoniously returned in a dump, no make that a garbage truck.

Push gaza into the sea.

It seems they finally turned over her body.
And they say she was likely killed in captivity.

He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived on Friday at the Tulkarm refugee camp, where he received a security briefing from the commander of the Judea and Samaria Division, Brigadier General Yaki Dolf, from the head of the Civil Administration, Brigadier General Hisham Ibrahim, and from the commander of the Ephraim Brigade.

“In the past year, we have significantly intensified our activities: we are entering terrorist strongholds, leveling entire streets used by the terrorists, their homes. Eliminating terrorists, commanders. Doing very, very important work against the desire of Hamas and other terrorist elements to harm us,” Netanyahu said.

“That desire has not yet ceased. What we saw yesterday—the attempt to carry out mass attacks—is a very serious matter.”

“In response, following my directive and that of the Defense Minister, we have reinforced the forces in Judea and Samaria, and I have also instructed the launch of another operational activity against terror hotspots. I know that our heroic soldiers know how to carry out this task very well," concluded Netanyahu.

Netanyahu's visit came a day after the attempted bus attacks in the Holon and Bat Yam areas in which three buses were blown up and explosive devices were found on two more. Miraculously, there were no casualties from the attack, which could have killed hundreds of people.

Thousands of Israelis line the route of Bibas funeral procession

quote:
With orange balloons and cries of ‘sorry,’ masses line route of Bibas funeral procession

In outpouring of sorrow, public stands along 60-kilometer route; Bibas relatives say Yarden ‘apologizes for not being able to come down and personally hug each and every one of you’

By Stuart Winer,
ToI Staff and Agencies
Clutching orange balloons and national flags, thousands of people lined the streets of central and southern Israel on Wednesday to honor the funeral procession of Shiri Bibas and her young sons, Ariel and Kfir, who were all taken hostage and then murdered by terrorists in the Gaza Strip.

The masses of mourners stood along the route that ran for over 60 kilometers from the city of Rishon LeZion, passing by Yavne, Ashdod, and Ashkelon and eventually reaching the community of Tsoher in the south, where they were to be buried.

“We have begun the funeral procession accompanied by masses of Israelis,” the Bibas family said in a statement. “We see and hear you, and are moved and strengthened by you.”

Yarden Bibas, the husband or Shiri and father of the two boys “apologizes for not being able to come down and personally hug each and every one of you,” it said. Yarden, who was also taken hostage, was released earlier this month as part of a ceasefire deal with Hamas.
Shiri, Ariel and Kfir Bibas buried in single casket, “They will remain together”

Pro-Palestine demonstrators take over New York's Barnard College

https://justthenews.com/nation..._campaign=newsletter

More than 50 pro-Palestine demonstrators on Wednesday stormed Barnard College, which is affiliated with Columbia University, to protest the expulsion of two Barnard college students.

The "Columbia Students for Justice in Palestine" announced the protest on Wednesday afternoon, stating that it was organizing a "sit-in" outside of the dean's office.

The group demanded that the university reverse the expulsions, give amnesty to all students disciplined for anti-Israel protests, set a meeting with Barnard leadership, and abolish the college’s disciplinary system.

"DISRUPTION UNTIL DIVESTMENT, RESISTANCE UNTIL RETURN, AGITATION UNTIL AMNESTY. WE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL OUR DEMANDS ARE MET. FREE PALESTINE," the group wrote on X.

The protest comes after pro-Palestinian demonstrators took over many college campuses nationwide last year amid the war in Gaza. The heart of the protests was at New York's Columbia University.

The New York Police Department is on the Barnard campus and is standing by, according to the New York Daily News, after a protester assaulted a school employee, sending them to the hospital.

Israel preparing for resumption of war with greater force

Incoming IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir reportedly preparing more aggressive plan to deploy 50,000 troops to Gaza to defeat Hamas once and for all.

https://www.israelnationalnews.com/news/404660

Israeli decision-makers are planning to resume the war in Gaza within four to six weeks with great force, sending tens of thousands of soldiers into Gaza in a coordinated attack against Hamas, the American Washington Free Beacon reported.

According to the report, incoming IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir has been developing the plan at the behest of Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Katz. Zamir reportedly considered the previous plans developed by outgoing Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi as not strong enough to achieve victory. The new plan would see a larger deployment of IDF troops to Gaza, as many as 50,000, than have been deployed in the territory at any point in the war so far.

The plan calls for the transfer of the civilian population of Gaza to humanitarian buffer zones before a comprehensive ground attack on Hamas forces and the other terrorist organizations in Gaza is launched.

The article quoted Brigadier General (res.) Amir Avivi, who stated that the operation would be "decisive" and that Israel "will use every tool it has to conquer Gaza and eradicate Hamas."

The resumption of the war would begin with a wave of airstrikes. In addition, humanitarian aid to Gaza would be reduced and only allowed in the established humanitarian zones. This will be done to prevent Hamas from stealing the humanitarian aid in order to strengthen itself as it has done since the October 7 massacre.

Zamir is expected to present the final details of the plan to Netanyahu and Katz when he takes office next Thursday.

Netanyahu hinted at the plan at a graduation ceremony for an officer course on Sunday: “We are ready to return to intensive fighting at any moment. The plans for the operation are ready.”

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich declared at a conference in Jerusalem: “We are preparing, we are accumulating capabilities, and when we are ready – we will open the gates of hell again on Hamas.”

Israel is expecting to receive greater support from the US in the event the war resumes than it received in 2024 when the Biden Administration held up the delivery of weapons and pressured Israel to end the war before Hamas was defeated.

The Trump Administration has released the weapons the Biden Administration held up and US President Donald Trump has exerted greater rhetorical pressure on Hamas than his predecessor did. In his meeting with Netanyahu in Washington earlier this month, Trump told the Israeli premier that he could "do whatever you need to do" to return the hostages Hamas continues to hold and remove Hamas as a threat.

I approved of this strategy.

Israel’s to-do list now: Get the hostages, THEN destroy Hamas

Opinion by Post Editorial Board • 30m
March 2, 2025

Phase 1 of the Gaza cease-fire is done; what now?

Under the original plan, Phase 2 meant talks to free the remaining hostages (basically, male Israeli soliders), resolve the future governance of Gaza and see Israel withdraw completely.

We see no way that happens unless Hamas agrees to leave Gaza entirely.

Israel must still meet its three goals: get the hostages home, destroy Hamas’ military and administrative power and ensure Gaza is never again the base for terror attacks on Israel.

It might now have a chance to accomplish that first goal — returning the hostages.

Then it can do whatever it thinks best regarding Hamas.

Example: It could agree to extend Phase 1, with more hostages freed in exchange for a delay in fighting and, perhaps, releasing Palestinian prisoners.

Hamas has so far rejected that, prompting Israel to hold up humanitarian aid.

Or, as Phase 2 envisions, it could agree to pull out of Gaza and end the war — and still decide its next move later.

ither way, once all the hostages are returned, all bets are off.

Israel would be free to pursue all its other goals. No matter what it promises.

That’s right: There’d be no moral reason to quit hunting Hamas, even via renewed full-scale war.

Hamas is a terrorist group. It strangles, burns and beheads babies. It vows to launch new attacks on Israel.

A cease-fire existed on Oct. 7, 2023, when Hamas invaded Israel and raped, burned, killed and kidnapped nearly 1,500 innocents.

Jerusalem can “honor” any cease-fire with Hamas the way Hamas did that earlier one.

Hamas needs to be eradicated, or at least defanged, just as al Qaeda and ISIS largely were.

The usual suspects in the “international community” may scream, but as Golda Meir famously noted, it’s better to be alive with a bad image than dead and pitied.

Hamas’ leaders surely realize all this; they’re now bent on psychological warfare to move Israeli public opinion into giving up on securing Gaza, at least for now.

Israel is beyond justified in doing whatever it takes to make the terrorists keep up the hostage releases, whether that’s surgical strikes and clandestine warfare, re-arresting some of the criminals it released in Phase 1 or even resuming full-on military operations.

An all-out campaign, this time fully backed by a US president, would be justified.

If Hamas’ leaders don’t want to surrender power (Israel has offered generous terms) and would rather face death or capture, Israel can happily arrange that.

Hamas is essentially back in power now, with fresh new recruits. Allowing it to survive intact would only pave the way for more horror later.

If the terrorists want the cease-fire to continue, they’ll set up more hostage releases immediately, or Israel must move to destroy the group’s stranglehold for good.

That’s the only road toward lasting peace.

The fantasy of any "Two State Solution" is dead.

It died most certainly on the early morning of October 7th 2023, when the blood of +1200 women, children and innocent men, and young people engaging in a Festival for Peace, were brutally slaughtered, and so may other unspeakable acts, while several hundred others were taken, both dead and alive, as hostages back to Gaza.

The very Land, Eretz Yisroel, their land, our land, my land, was soiled with the blood of people whom this land is promised as an inheritance forever by the G-d of Abraham, the G-d of Isaac, the G-d of Jacob, and to his sons.

The Jewish people and her government have tried many times and many ways to live at peace with these people their own kinsman hate.

And it has cost us a greater number of our own innocent people's lives than can be fathomed.

Children, families, murdered in restaurants, busses, synagogues, schools, their onw homes, on the streets, shot in their cars as they drive, pulled form cars, brutalized and murdered for simply making a wrong turn.

No more.

Israel needs to do whatever it takes to secure the remaining hostages and dead, and once that is done, go forth and destroy any and all of these enemies. Men, women, children. All of them. There is no innocent among them. Their children are conceived in murderous hatred, the prayers of women on their backs praying to their murderous god to permit them to conceived a child that shall come forth to kill a Jew.

These people forfeited any and all claims for anything but their own antihalation.

Time to put it in the history books.

Is everything in a holding pattern while everyone is in an extended planning phase, or is stuff happening all the time but no-one is reporting it. Or is it the typical short-term attention span of the american culture because a shiny object made another appearance.
