I watched that documentary. He certainly was a strange dude. That documentary in general was bizarre and really painted the Villages as a depressing place, which it is nothing of the sort. These go to eleven. | |||

There must be A LOT of HORNY seniors in the villages......I've read several stories of old folks getting arrested there for having sex in public and such. You realize the Villages is bigger than Manhattan? Over 150,000 residents currently. The first story wasn't in the Villages, just outside, and not Villages residents. It is amazing how people paint a picture of an entire area based on a few weird stories. I will admit though, there is a lot of drinking in the Villages, which can lead to these other things. That’s nothing, the villages are tiny. I live in Pompano Beach, Broward county, we have 3.3 million residents and don’t have a single story of old folks doing crazy sexual stuff. Manhattan has 1.7 million residents | |||

Not sure where your numbers are from. The villages is about 33 square miles with 150K residents. Pampano Beach is about 25 sq miles with about 112K people. Of that only about 18% are over 65. Not to mention of the 2 articles posted one was not villages residents, under 50, and happened just outside the Villages entrance. These go to eleven. | |||
