Army Artillery , RVN 68-69. Dad and his 5 brothers all served in WW2, Mom worked for the QM Corps. Many thanks for your many very generous karmas. My nephew/ surrogate son is about to retire as a SGM after 30 years Army service. If I win, this gun, and several others, goes to him.

I was in the USMC, and my son is an active duty Army Combat Medic. I'll pass it on to him if I'm the lucky one.

Thanks for the chance, Happy Belated Birthday Marines, and I wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Veteran's Day.

Wow - incredibly generous Karma!
My Father was in the Army for a few years - was overseas in the South of France around the time of the Cuban Missile Crisis. From the stories he told the only action he was was seeing how many people they could get in a car to drive to Paris and being what is probably considered a Loanshark!

I served 8 Yrs in the Navy, Subs. Still dream about having to start up the reactor and get underway but things keep breaking and delaying getting underway!

Wow, thanks for such a generous offer (even if I don't win).

USAF, Retired (1990-2014).

I always wanted a P229, and I could use a 9mm (my 226 is chambered in .357SIG).
