Our Governor in Utah put out a statement that this ruling does not affect this state. We're 100% mail-in. The statement says another ruling is still in place.

Utah has strongly resisted giving voter information to the federal government. I believe the state's position is regarding privacy and states' rights rather than to protect election fraud.
