Transgender atheletes to be allowed to compete as the other sex in the Olympics WITHOUT having gender reassignment surgery

Then the Olympics is basically over. There will be lots willing to take hormones for a year for an Olympic medal. Their only competition will be the other "transition" males.

Girls file federal discrimination complaint after transgender track wins

HARTFORD, Conn. — Three Connecticut girls who ran high school track have filed a federal discrimination complaint, saying a statewide policy that forced them to compete against transgender athletes cost them top finishes and possibly college scholarships.

The conservative Christian law firm Alliance Defending Freedom filed the complaint on behalf of the girls Monday with the U.S. Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights. It seeks an investigation and actions to make competitions fair.

The Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference governs high school sports in the state. It says its policy follows a state anti-discrimination law requiring students to be treated in school according to the gender with which they identify.

The complaint says transgender athletes have been consistently winning track and field events and the policy violates federal protections for female athletes.

So my question is why did it take Alliance Defending Freedom (Christian) law firm to file suit for this? Where are all the feminists and femi-nazis in this country that are supposed to be standing up for women's rights? Ohhhh...that's right. They're too woke to get involved in something like this and it doesn't fit their sick, twisted agenda. OK...I got it now. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

So this is a girl. Uh-huh... (love the look on the ref's face...not sure if it's intentional)

So this is a girl. Uh-huh...

And THIS........is a girl. Uh-huh... (grows a better mustache than I do)

Quiz time! Pick out the "girl"...

The liberals' algorithms must be freaking out! "DOES NOT COMPUTE!"

A transsexual takes advantage of young women? Men are bad, but if they're sexually confused then it's OK to take advantage of young women.

Dims that want to discussion this would be forced to acknowledge sex vs gender and prioritize the former. Unwilling to do that - contrary to their agenda du jour.

Glad to hear about the federal lawsuit, if only because of curiosity about how that Title Whatever Thingy works out when half of any women's team is composed of people who didn't make the equivalent men's team.

For sure!

Imagine if your daughter had trained her whole life and finally as a senior gets to the state track meet and gets beat by 2 dudes running in the girls track meet. Ridiculous.

Even more important is losing their college scholarship to one of them.

Hadn't heard about the federal lawsuit. Good on the girls and Alliance Defending Freedom. ADF has some really good attorneys.

It's about time girls fought back against boys transjacking their sports.

The world in general really does spend to much time and resources on games:

After telling dudes they can compete in the women's class if they feel like a woman , some governing body of track somewhere in the world is now telling an actual woman she's to manly to compete in the women's class and has to become more of a woman.......if I'm reading this correctly.

So you’re fine with a male competing against the woman as long as they have had their gender reassignment surgery?

Theoretically speaking, a used-to-be-dude that has gone through gender reassignment will have lost, or soon will, a good deal of that which gives males the strength advantage over females. Namely: Testosterone. So, yeah: As far as I'm concerned anybody who goes through gender reassignment surgery and therapy is their new gender and may compete as such.

Personally I think they're nuts, but that's a different question.

I know two guys who've done it. TBH they seem no happier than before they transitioned. They claim they are, but you couldn't prove it by what I've seen. They were maladjusted before the transition and they're maladjusted now--just in different ways.

So you are suggesting that the stronger bones and larger muscles developed before the reassignment just go away somehow? If a person goes through puberty as an intact male they will have a physical advantage over a female forever.

Not the larger bones, but the muscles definitely go away. Testosterone is why men develop muscle mass and women do not.

It only stands to reason that where there's sacrifice, there's someone collecting the sacrificial offerings. Where there's service, there is someone being served. The man who speaks to you of sacrifice is speaking of slaves and masters, and intends to be the master.

The develop part of your statement is my point. During puberty boys get a huge dump of testosterone that contributes to their development. Despite any loss of some muscle mass after the testosterone is cut off there are development gains that simple do not go away. All of that muscle mass, strength, bone mass may diminish over time but not in a year or two such as these kids competing in highschool sports only a year or two removed from puberty.
